Anil Patel, of Ponte Vedra, sold Unit 703 at 85 Ave. De La Mer to Carmen Evke, of Ormond Beach, for $640,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,690 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,195,000 in 2006.
