A home in Hammock Dunes tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Oct. 18 to Oct. 22. Robert and Christine Anderson, of Birmingham, Mich., sold Unit 704 at 85 Ave. De La Mer to Eman Salem, Ibrahim Aref and Yusuf Aref, all of Bloomfield, Mich., for $602,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,690 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,195,000 in 2006.

FLAGLER BEACH
Sean and Robyn Wilborn sold the home at 1317 Central Ave. N. to Donald and Melissa Wollin, of Kinmundy, Ill., for $235,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,971 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $585,000 in 2005.

PALM COAST
Cypress Knoll
Diann and Robert Bennett, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Egan Drive to Joseph and Shirley Berardino, of Palm Coast, for $118,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,580 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $127,500 in 2002.

Fuquay
Kristie Reiner, of Bunnell, sold the home at 2135 Flagler Ave. S. to James and Diane Parra, of Flagler Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,186 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $233,300 in 2003.
William and Tracy Hanrahan, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 1903 Flagler Ave. S. to Kenneth and Nancy Armstrong, of Sanford, N.C., for $165,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,661 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2006.

Gold Coast
William and A.J. Borowski, of Hiawassee, Ga., sold the home at 1635 Oceanshore Blvd. N. to James Hartkop and Stacy Witfill, of Beverly Hills, for $420,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,828 square feet of living area.

Hammock Beach
Mark and Connie Ramser, of Strongsville, Ohio, sold Unit 705-S at 200 Ocean Crest Drive to N and B South Inc. for $125,000. Built in 2003, it has one bedroom, one bath and 678 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $565,000 in 2005.

Lehigh Woods
Fannie Mae sold the home at 71 Ramblewood Drive to Tiffany Colson, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,939 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2007.
Ancor Equity Corp. sold the home at 29 Ripcord Lane to Vladimir and Sophia Moxson, Hudson, Ohio, for $136,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,243 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000.
Fannie Mae sold the home at 27 Ryecrest Lane to Fred Fox Enterprise Inc., of St. Augustine, for $91,080. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,092 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $158,000 in 2005.

Marineland Acres
Lindo Spencer and Carolyn Spencer sold the home at 39 Flagler Drive to Richard Raposa, of Citrus Springs, for $130,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,056 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $117,000 in 2000.

Matanzas Woods
Patrick and Summer Kleinfelder, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Ludlow Lane W. to Franciszek Michalowski, of Palm Coast, for $85,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,406 square feet of living area.
Seagate Homes LLC sold the home at 43 Lynbrook Drive to Jose and Carla Pinto, of Colonia, N.J., for $184,914. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,858 square feet of living area.

Oak Trails
Deutsche Bank National Trust Company sold the home at 8 Blare Drive to Gregory Sanders, of Ormond Beach, for $50,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,428 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $152,100 in 2005.

Palm Harbor
Thomas and Margaret Ripple, Ormond Beach, sold the home at 69 Christopher Court S. to Malcolm and Lynda Betts, of Matthews, N.C., for $275,000. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,929 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2005.
John Phelps, of Myrtle Beach, S.C., sold the home at 10 Farmdale Lane to Jorge Rodgers and Josefa Ramirez, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,673 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $219,900 in 2005.
Nicholas Dentrone sold the home at 3 Ferngate Lane to Davide Pereira and Silvia Abreu, both of Palm Coast, for $122,500. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,091 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $241,100 in 2007.
Vincent Ferraro, Mary Ferraro, Pasquale Ferraro and Josephine Piemontesi sold the home at 202 Frankford Lane to David and Grisell Riveles, of Palm Coast, for $77,500. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,322 square feet of living area.

Alan Berman, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 1 Wood Ash Lane to Stephen and Geraldine Whalen, of Fair Haven, Vt., for $60,000. Built in 1989, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 928 square feet of living area.

Quail Hollow
HSBC Bank USA sold the home at 82 Kalamazoo Trail to Stacia Davis, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $299,900 in 2005.
Miguel Gonzalez, of Hialeah, sold the home at 9 Karanda Place to Lewis Cesarello, of Waterbury, Conn., for $95,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,856 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $220,000 in 2006.

Rollins Dunes
Jay Starry sold the home at 18 Rollins Dunes Drive to Christopher Goodfellow, of Arundel, Quebec, Canada, for $560,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, an elevator and 3,597 square feet of living area.
