A condo in Hammock Dunes tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of March 21 to March 25. James Tarle, of Jacksonville, sold Unit 201 at 20 Porto Mar to Douglas and Karen Trueheart, of Bethesda, Md., for $560,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,950 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,050,000 in 2004.

PALM COAST
Canopy Walk
VeraLyn Rountree sold Unit 1012 at 1000 Canopy Walk Lane to Bethany Nota and Eduardo Sosa, both of Huntington, N.Y., for $120,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $211,400 in 2005.

Grand Haven
Graham and Frances Jarrett, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 14 Grandview Drive to Robert Schatz and Joan Ellie, both of Pickerington, Ohio, for $290,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,281 square feet of living area.

Hammock Beach
Regions Bank sold Unit 1224 at 25 Ocean Crest Drive to Patrick and Carolina Robinson, of Ocala, for $164,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,264 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $331,700 in 2004.

Indian Trails
Curtis and Alicia Wimpee, of Rochester, Minn., sold the home at 1 Bird Haven Place to Ausra Jaroniene, of Palm Coast, for $155,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,294 square feet of living area.

Boris Nikitin and Irina Nikitina, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 36 Birchshire Lane to Shawn Siegel and Lyubov Troyanova, of Palm Coast, for $101,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,971 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $168,100 in 2004.

Arline Coleman, of Hardeeville, S.C., sold the home at 76 Bannbury Lane to Jose Nunez and Evelyn Ferguson, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,011 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $299,900 in 2007.

Roger and Norma Like, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 253 Bird of Paradise Drive to Gerald Royer, of DuBois, Pa., for $132,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,954 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $184,000 in 2008.

James and Ge Zhang Young, and Geri Young, all of Greenville, S.C., sold the home at 92 Burbank Drive to Brian and Angela McKay, of Palm Coast, for $119,900. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,001 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 2001.

Larisa and Grigore Kharast, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 57 Brushwood Lane to Magdalina Fridman, of Palm Coast, for $91,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,026 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $109,800 in 2002.

Matanzas Woods
Irma Bell, of Powder Springs, Ga., sold the home at 128 Laramie Drive to Robert and Jacquelyn Westerlund, of Palm Coast, for $168,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,447 square feet of living area.

Edward Fries and Colin Earle, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 18 Lansdowne Lane to Ronald and Nilda Conrad, of Ocala, for $130,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,730 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $114,900 in 2004.

Palm Harbor
Marie Danielson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 28 Cole Place to Elliot Dobbs and Michaela King, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,207 square feet of living area.

Jimmy Hsu, of Flushing N.Y., sold the home at 8 Chestnut Court to Dennis and Betsy Meyer, of Scotia, N.Y., for $164,500. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, a pool and 1,659 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $455,000 in 2005.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 12 Claridge Court S. to Gregory Sanders, of Ormond Beach, for $115,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,508 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,900 in 2004.

Bernard and Josephine Tober, of Oakton, Va., sold the home at 5 Carr Court to Alice Howell, of Palm Coast, for $72,000. Built in 1972, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,548 square feet of living area.

Pine Grove
Fong Chin Lau, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 73 Plain View Drive to Dian Liang Lin, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,135 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2006.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Company sold the home at 5 Providence Lane to Arminda and Alexandre Pedro, of Holland, Pa., for $122,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,884 square feet of living area.

Pine Lakes
Kathleen Gamba, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 15 Webster Lane to Gary and Teresa Shortell, of Franklin Square, N.Y., for $110,000. Built in 1983, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,472 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 2001.

Elizabeth Nigro, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Winterling Place to Daniel and Donna DiAngelo, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,044 square feet of living area.

Quail Hollow
Nelson and Kimberly Garcia sold the home at 31 Kankakee Trail to Timothy and Lauri Keebler, of Waterloo, N.Y., for $160,500. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 1,799 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $172,400 in 2005.

Surf Club
Martha and John Wallace, of Atlanta, sold Unit 1108 at 104 Surfview Drive to Sean Lanphier, of Milwaukee, for $170,000. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,263 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $184,000 in 1999.

Tidelands
Roger and Jessica Stude, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 109 Longview Way N. to Ellis and Mary Norton, of Ormond Beach, for $510,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 3,301 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $945,000 in 2007.

Willow Woods
American Home Mortgage Servicing Inc. sold the home at 5 Wendi Lane to Sarah and Donald McNeal, of Hawthorne, for $120,000. Built in 1986, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,824 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $196,000 in 2004.
