An oceanside condominium in Hammock Dunes topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Dec. 12 to Dec. 16. Barry and Shirley Patterson, of Ooltewah, Tenn., sold Savona Unit 303 to Steven and Constance Conner, of Longwood, for $550,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,700 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $986,500.

Sunrise Beach
Trevor and Barbara Foster, of West/Yorkshire, England, sold the home at 2105 Oceanshore Blvd. to Kelley Crane and Sandra Brown, of Ellenwood, Ga., for $535,000. Built by the sellers in 2007, it has five bedrooms, three baths, an elevator and 2,816 square feet of living area.

Cinnamon Beach
Thomas O’Dore and Mait Hoang-O’Dore, of Dover, Del., sold Unit 1151 to Mark and Katrena Moore, of Murfreesboro, Tenn., for $295,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area.

Marineland Acres
Nace and Susan Brady, of Rio Rancho, N.M., sold the home at 16 Surf Drive to Bruce and Julia Madsen, of San Francisco, for $235,000. Built by the seller in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,877 square feet of living area.

Sea Colony
Fannie Mae sold the home at 24 Medford Drive to Yiu and Eileen Jeung, of Palm Coast, for $204,000. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,722 square feet of living area.

Indian Trails
The estate of Gloria Hughes, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 111 Barrington Drive to Judith Clark, of Syracuse, N.Y., for $165,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,767 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 150 Belleaire Drive to Upstream Partners LLC, of St. Augustine, for $78,000. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,509 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $190,000.

Lehigh Woods
Citibank sold the home at 36 Radcliffe Drive to Francois and Agnes Olah, of Sebright, Ontario, Canada, for $86,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,735 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $207,000.

Ehsan Mamdooh and Penny Silver-Mamdooh, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Ralph Place to Sally Cianfrocca and Renee Parr for $134,900. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,038 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $180,000.

The Secretary of Veterans Affairs sold the home at 3 Riviera Estates Court to Kenneth and Nancy Kish, of Palm Coast, for $102,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,971 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $198,000.

Margarett Gillespie, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 35 Roxanne Lane to Lawerence and Rita Dunnagan, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,799 square feet of living area.

Harriet Dame, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 46 Raintree Circle to G. Lansing and Olive Blackshaw, of Belfast, Maine, for $150,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,748 square feet of living area.

John and Deborah Pavlak, of Palm Bay, sold the home at 15 Lamour Lane to Scott Coleman, of St. Augustine, for $93,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,386 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $168,000.

Palm Harbor
John Gunn, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 22 Cleveland Court to Ken Rode, of Sandy Hook, Conn., for $190,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a spa and 1,608 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $278,000.

Patrick Feola, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 36 Florida Park Drive to Shane Dennis Jr., of Palm Coast, for 46,500. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,268 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $110,000

Jose and Mariza Pereira, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 13 Chelsea Court to Marvin and Roxie Wells, of Palm Coast, for $449,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 2,398 square feet of living area. A pool was added in 2003. It sold in 2003 for $415,000

Victoriano and Brigitte Contreras, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 25 Fernwood Lane to Gale and Jean Rodenbaugh, of Palm Coast, for $123,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2.010 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $164,000.

Michael and Elvira Dibitetto, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Carol Court to William Wertz and Donella Crawford, of Southfield, Mich., for $395,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, and three baths. It sold in 2009 for $170,000. A pool and a boat house were added in 2010.

The Secretary of Veterans Affairs sold the home at 32 Fisher Lane to Isaac Rodrigues and John Soares, of Palm Coast, for $50,000. Built in 1978, it has to bedrooms, two baths, a pool, and 1,396 square feet of living area.

Pine Grove
Freddie Mac sold the home at 1 Pinell Lane to Jose Hernandez III and Kimberly Hernandez, of Palm Coast, for $132,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,868 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $283,700.

Brandon and Diane Risley, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 25 Porpoise Lane to Tony and Patty Bales, of Hamilton, Ohio, for $165,000. Built by the sellers in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,608 square feet of living area.

Pine Lakes
Jacqueline Orcel, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 White Birch Lane to Bernard and Arlene Biesiada, of Millstone Township, N.J., for $87,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,724 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $116,900.

Janet Morrison, of Exter, N.H., sold the home at 55 Westbury Lane to Cecil Mangham and Casey McVeigh, of Lexington, Ky., for $113,500. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,026 square feet of living area. It sold in 1993 for $113,900.

Michael and Yaira Manchego, of Kissimmee, sold the home at 14 Webner Place to William and Yelena Gale, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built by the sellers in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,426 square feet of living area.
