A Hammock Dunes Portofino condo tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of April 30 to May 6. Marlene Robinson and Edwin Robinson, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 7 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 904, to Humaira Tanveer, of Englewood, Colorado, for $785,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,390 square feet of living area.

Cochran Place
John Peake, of Woodside, New York, sold the home at 820 N. Central Ave. to Joseph and Mona Kerr, of Maryville, Tennessee, for $310,000. Built in 1989, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,296 square feet of living area.
 

George Moody
William and Jacqueline Sewell, of Flalger Beach, sold the home at 508 S. Central Ave. to Bradley Labate and Janet Svoboda, of Palm Coast, for $269,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,868 square feet of living area.
 

Mobbs
Howard and Kari Akin, of Johnsonville, New York, sold the home at 2227 S. Daytona Ave. to Kenneth Haphey, of North Andover, Massessechuttes, for $196,500. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,060 square feet of living area.
 

Palm Vista
LP One Management LLC sold the home at 323 N. 10th St. to Randal and Pamela Williamson, of Beverly Beach, for $382,500. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 1,462 square feet of living area.
 

River Beach
Steven Fann, of Gallatin, Tennessee, sold the home at 3118 N. Oceanshore Blvd. to William and Mary Jo Shelton, of Flagler Beach, for $315,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 1,680 square feet of living area.
 

Silver Lake
Glenna Amburgey and Bradford Amburgey, of Chesterton, Indiana, sold the home at 2006 N. Daytona Ave. to Michael Flank and Janet Redes, of Flagler Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,048 square feet.

Joseph and Jacqueline Gagnon, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 74 Putter Drive to William and Danielle Anderson, of Palm Coast, for $166,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,579 square feet of living area.
 

Canopy Walk
Lawrence Phelan, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 400 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 443, to Ronald Tavares, of Palm Coast, for $200,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,238 squre feet.
 

Cinnamon Beach
U.S. Bank National Association sold the condo at 700 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 622, to Thomas and Jessica Jordan, of Evans, Georgia, for $311,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet of living area.


Grand Haven
Fannie Mae sold the home at 80 Southlake Drive to Kyle Nichols, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,103 square feet of living area.
 

Hidden Lakes
Vertico LLC sold the home at 188 Arena Lake Drive to Jeffrey and Vicki Owens, of Palm Coast, for $340,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace and 3,529 square feet.
 

Indian Trails
Frances Rende Davis and Meaghan Kalyuzhnov, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 107 Braddock Lane to Richard Wade and Mallorie Curry, of Palm Coast, for $109,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,170 square feet of living area.

Linda Kay Bullard, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 21 Bressler Lane to Dennis Wellman and Lazara Wellman, of Midlothian, Virginia, for $140,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,642 square feet of living area.

Liliya Temnorod, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Burning Sands Lane to Tommy Buchanan, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet of living area.

Dorota Jablonska-Lis, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 39 Red Mill Drive to Mario Moreno and Maria Moreno, of Downington, Pennsylvania, for $180,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,841 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 12 Rosecroft Lane to Regina Quartarone, of Palm Coast, for $91,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths ans 1,367 square feet of living area.

Ismile Espaniola Jr. and Barbara Espaniola, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 31 Russman Lane to Bradley and Linda Blair, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,958 square feet.

Seagate Homes LLC sold the home at 15 Ryding Lane to John and Sandra Skarzynski, of Pawleys Island, South Carolina, for $192,900. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,042 square feet.
 

Matanzas Woods
Samuel Hugo Perez and Judith Perez, of Orlando, sold the home at 45 Longfellow Drive to Alex Reyentovich, of Palm Coast, for $269,900. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool, a spa and 2,953 square feet.

Ronald Langdon Jr., of Panama City, sold the home at 76 Luther Drive to Jason Marlow, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,719 square feet.

Susan Flynn and Jeffrey Flynn, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 29 Riverwalk Drive S. to Kristyn Camilleri, trustee of The Coady family Trust, for $710,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a boat dock, a summer kitchen and 2,967 square feet of living area.

David Culver and Linda McMillan, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 10 Cherokee Court E. to David and Janet Bowman, of Lecanto, for $366,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 1,947 square feet.
 

Kenneth and Marietta Rode, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 39 Cimmaron Drive to Matthew and Elizabeth Schagen, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,720 square feet.

George Gowen sold the home at 7 Cleveland Court to Ross Pierce, of Palm Coast, for $375,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, a pool, a spa, a boat dock and house and 2,241 square feet of living area.

Justin and Cara Cronk, of Bunnell, sold the home at 44 Pinwheel Lane to Mark and Eun Heck, of Netcong, New Jersey, for $180,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,147 square feet.
 

Pine Lakes
Bruce and Jeanne Smiertka sold the home at 139 Wellington Drive to Alessandro Germinario-Cornell, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,497 square feet.

U.S. Bank National Association sold the home at 26 Wellwood Lane to Mark Evalenko, of Brooklyn, New York, for $85,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,285 square feet of living area.
Ruth Clark, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 1 Wentworth Lane to Hayden and Allison Hull, of Boonton, New Jersey, for $125,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, a pool and 1,823 square feet of living area.
 

JKR Investment Group Inc. sold the home at 1 West Place to Manuel Fernandez, of Palm Coast, for $181,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 2,133 square feet of living area.

Laura Gazzoli, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 121 Wood Haven Drive to Anthony and Janessa Tumminello, of Bethpage, New York, for $221,500. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,420 square feet of living area.
 

Quail Hollow
M&M Dawn LLC sold the home at 42 Zebulahs Trail to Travis and Pamela Anderson, of Palm Coast, for $176,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,662 square feet of living area.

U.S. Bank sold the home at 1 Zodiacal Place to Multi-State Real Properties LLC for $140,750. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,139 square feet of living area.
 

Sea Colony
George Harnden, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Avalon Drive to Elizabeth Lund, of Beverly, Massachusetts, for $217,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,382 square feet of living area.
 

Woodlands
Michael Mabry and David Camp, of Port Richie, sold the home at 9 Blare Drive to Kimberly and Hector Centeno, of Palm Coast, for $118,000. Built in 1978, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,401 square feet of living area.
