Hammock Beach penthouse condo sells for 685,000

An eighth-floor Hammock Beach condo with golf and ocean views topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of July 2 to July 6. Hammock Beach III LLC sold condominium Unit 861-E in Ocean Towers at Hammock Beach, 200 Ocean Crest Drive, to Jeffrey and Leslie Barker, of Tampa, for $685,000. Built by the seller in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Mobbs
Josef Toperzer, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2257 Daytona Ave. S. to Frank Hardt, of Flagler Beach, for $200,000. Built by the seller in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,798 square feet of living area.

Palma Vista
David and Lissa McKaig, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 318 11th St. N. to Philip and Heidi McNeely, of Phoenix, for $250,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a dock, a boat house and 2,439 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $476,000.

Oak Ridge Acres
Aracelis and Dario De Jesus, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 366 Oak Ridge Road to Allan Hooper, of Flagler Beach, for $90,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,040 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $235,000.

Ocean Hammock
Jay Katz, of Delray Beach, sold the home at 10 Kingfisher Lane to Vincente and Aquino Zapanta, of Burke, Va., for $362,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a spa, a summer kitchen and 3,179 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $895,200.

Sea Colony
Joseph and Marilyn Goller, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 62 Sea Vista Drive to Martha Rider, of Palm Coast for $495,000. Built by the seller in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,987 square feet of living area. It sold in 1987 for $252,300.

Bell Terre
Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 5 Point Pleasant Drive to Shinnecock Properties LLC, of Palm Coast, for $104,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,536 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $227,000.

Cypress Knoll
John and Elaine Gilmore, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 19 Edgely Lane to George and Gail Berry, of Milford, Mass., for $145,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,074 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $300,000.

William and Louise Adkins, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 48 Esperanto Drive to Lee and Linda Gwaltney, of Cincinnati, for $163,000. Built by the seller in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,767 square feet of living area.

Hidden Lakes
DR Horton Inc. sold the home at 3 Diamond Trail to Donald Moyer Jr. of Palm Coast, for $192,990. Built by the seller in 2012, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,147 square feet of living area.

Harbor Side
Bank of New York sold Unit 43, Harbor Side Village II Condominium, 50 Palm Harbor Parkway, to Bruce and Mary Haire, of Tottenham, Ontario, Canada, for $80,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,946 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $240,000.

Indian Trails
Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 29 Big Horn Drive to Ovidio and Luz Vega, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built by the seller in 2012, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,446 square feet of living area.

Bank of New York sold the home at 3 Biltmore Place to Cassandra Perez, of Palm Coast, for $110,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,880 square feet of living area.

The 13 Birchfield Place Trust, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 13 Birchfield Place to Marcelino Ribeiro and Rose Reverendo, of Elizabeth, N.J., for $125,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,650 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $147,100.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Bowman Place to Michael Somma, of Palm Coast, for $163,500. Built by the seller in 2012, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,047 square feet of living area.

Lehigh Woods
John and Evelyn Montross, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 59 Reidsville Drive to Robert and Cheri Holecek, of Wysox, Penn., for $96,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,279 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $86,000.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 23 Renworth Lane to Larry and Patricia Parker, of High Ridge, Mo., for $120,500. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,798 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $143,400.

Matanzas Woods
Fannie Mae sold the home at 59 Lancelot Drive to Sarah Hartley, of Palm Coast, for $101,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,550 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $179,000.

Lloyd and Annita Richards, of New Port Richey, sold the home at 135 Laramie Drive to Angelo and Patricia Martone, of Palm Coast, for $124,900. Built by the sellers in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,844 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
John and Josephine Jakup, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 76 Ferndale Lane to Jeffrey Drucker and Charna Drucker, of Palm Coast, for $143,000. Built by the sellers in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,757 square feet of living area.

Steven Scarbrough and Joy Bernard, of Duluth, Ga., sold the home at 21 Watermill Place to Robert Mills, of Palm Coast, for $152,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,921 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $130,000.

Yakov Molchansk and Tatiana Sikorskaya, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 71 Wellwood Drive to Valery and Irina Tsilko, of Palm Coast, for $108,500. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 2,513 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $246,000.

Quail Hollow
Kondaur Capital Corp. sold the home at 8 Zenoble Place to Walter and Karla Anschuetz, of Fayetteville, N.C., for $129,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,870 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $141,900.

Ernie and Bobbie Hoover, of Port Orange, sold the home at 2 Zollinger Place to Svetlana Deja, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,096 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $107,400. The pool was added in 2006.

Milan Holy and Sharon Holy, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 42 Sabal Bend to Paul and Jerri Santaniello, of Palm Coast, for $550,000. Built by the sellers in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a summer kitchen, a pool, a dock, a boathouse and 2,542 square feet of living area.

Stephen and Claire Whittier, of Palm Coast, sold condominium Unit 1925 in Tidelands, 45 Riverview Bend S., to Patrick and Janet Donnelly, of South Plainfield, N.J., for $145,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,575 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $474,900.
