An Ocean Towers condo overlooking the Ocean Course and the Atlantic Ocean topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Aug. 6-10. LRA Ocean Tower LLC sold condominium Unit 562-F, 200 Ocean Crest Drive, to Linda Kolka, of St. Charles, Ill., for $500,000. Built by the seller in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.

Flagler Point
Freddie Mac sold condominium Unit 1 of Flagler Point to Deborah Taylor, of Auburn, Mass., for $32,500. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 747 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $62,500.

Mayo
Paul and Marilyn DeRuyter, of Provincetown, Mass., sold Unit 6 of the Mayo Condominium, 112 Seventh St. S., to Robert Spagnola, of Fort Lauderdale, for $62,500. Built in 1981, it has one bedroom, one bath and 704 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $105,000.

Belle Terre
Muriel Nunn, of Silver Springs, Md., sold the home at 30 Palmwood Drive to Boris and Raisa Shvartsbeyn, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,944 square feet of living area. It sold in 1998 for $72,500.

Freddie Mac sold the home at 24 Ryding Lane to David and Alice Braz, of Anna, Texas, for $100,100. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,861 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $143,900.

Marion Elkins, of Orangeburg, N.Y., sold the home at 46 Emerson Drive to Michael and Isabel Henriques, of Manahawkin, N.J., for $113,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,440 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $116,300.

Mary Kernekin, of New Oxford, Penn., sold the home at 19 Remington Road to Melanie Truman, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built by the seller in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,81 square feet of living area.

Sean Wu, of Santa Ana, Calif., sold Unit 102-11B of Fairways Condominium at Palm Coast, 15 Oakmont Court, to Timothy Agius and Greg Agius, of Cary, N.C., for $58,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It sold in January 2012 for $39,000.

Edna Smith, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Barring Place to Albina Kadyrova, of Vienna, for $160,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a summer kitchen, a pool and 2,183 square feet of living area. It sold in 1993 for $126,400.
