A house east of State Road A1A in Hammock Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of May 31 through June 6 in Flagler County. Susan Sediak, individually and as trustee, and Edward Sediak, of Palm Coast, sold 21 Las Palmas Way to Mitchell and Mary Gover, of Palm Coast, for $775,000. Built in 2012, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,220 square feet.

Condos

William Oberson, individually and as trustee, and Jaime Obserson, of Tallahassee, sold 300 Marina Bay Drive, Unit 204, to Dan and Patricia Mahoney, of Great Falls, Virginia, for $269,000. Built in 2000, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,138 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $191,500.

Larry and Wendy May sold 58 Rivers Edge Lane, Unit 58, to Judith James, of Palm Coast, for $201,500. Built in 1990, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,230 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $182,000.

Thomas Cue, individually and as trustee, sold 3580 S. Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 202, to Benita Adamson, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,358 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $77,600.

Belle Terre

Ronette Edmead, of Palm Coast, sold 38 Parkway Drive to Lidia Smietanowska, of Ormond Beach, for $115,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,485 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $92,900.

D.R. Horton Inc. — Jacksonville sold 23 Waterfront Cove to Brandon and Jennifer Fiveash, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,913 square feet.

Coventry Lane

Ray and Marten Reese sold 4 Coventry Lane to Patrick and Kathleen Paparelli, of Flagler Beach, for $272,500. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,136 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $183,000.

D.R. Horton Inc. — Jacksonville sold 111 Crepe Myrtle Court to Charles and Vicky Noeltner, of Palm Coast, for $256,990. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,042 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. — Jacksonville sold 207 Grand Reserve Drive to Dominick and Bonnio Sorgo, of Bunnell, for $289,990. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,363 square feet.

Domingos and Rosa Peixoto, of Naples, sold 7 Corte del Mar to Janet Krolicki, individually and as trusteee, for $379,900. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,148 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $257,000.

Patrick Mullaney, of West Sussex, United Kingdom, sold 4 Marbella Court to Wellington and Josephine Montolio, of Orlando, for $375,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,369 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $475,0000.

John and Barbara Akehurst sold 220 Bird of Paradise Drive to Nathan and Jennifer Harrell, of Palm Coast, for $330,000. Built in 2006, the house has six bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,037 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $291,900.

Lehigh Woods

Kenneth and Karen Carlson, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, sold 91 Raintree Circle to Salvatore and Gigi Carlucci, of Palm Coast, for $191,000. Built in 2006, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,648 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $263,000.

Thomas and Jean Davia, of Flagler Beach, sold 72 Beachwood Drive to Richard and LucyAnn Stempora, of Manasquan, New Jersey, for $222,000. Built in 1992, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,000 square feet.

Vera Kim sold 83 Pebble Beach Drive to Kristin and Michael Greenhaigh, of Palm Coast, for $187,500. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,953 square feet.

Robert Effner, of Palm Coast, sold 262 Yacht Harbor Drive to William and Donna Baker, of Palm Coast, for $650,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a fireplace and 3,134 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $530,000.
