Richard and Stacey Lipton, of Bradenton, sold 22 Kingfisher Lane to Joel Koblentz, of Brookhaven, Georgia, for $885,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a fireplace, elevator and 3,820 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.
