Hammock Beach house goes for a million dollars

A house in Hammock Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of May 23-29 in Flagler County. Michael and Kimberly Jancosek, of Munster, Indiana, sold 55 Ocean Oaks Lane to Scott and Sharon Guasta, of Palm Coast, for $1.05 million. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,326 square feet. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Condos

Alfred and Lynn Gagliardi, of Palm Coast, sold 20 Porto Mar, Unit 601, to Gregory and Karen Emmons, of Palm Coast, for $770,000. Built in 2004, the condo has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,950 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $825,000.

Sue Slack, of Montague, Michigan, sold 15 Viscaya Lane to Mark and Kerry Larmore, of Palm Coast, for $295,000. Built in 2001, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,837 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $243,000.

John and Michelle Petkewicz, of Palm Coast, sold 18 Salisbury Court to Jimmie Casale, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 1987, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,098 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $157,000.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 145 Golf View Court to Michael Ranfone, of Bunnell, for $197,990. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,557 square feet.

Hammock Dunes

Christopher and Dawn Ginnane, individually and as trustees, sold 53 Island Estates Parkway to John and Eva Hughes, of Westlake, Ohio, for $890,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,995 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $660,000.

Indian Trails

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 22 Bud Shire Lane to Gerald Browning, of Palm Coast, for $216,750. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,505 square feet.

James Walton, of Palm Coast, sold 29 Bickwick Lane to Christina Mak, of East Providence, Rhode Island, for $215,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,852 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $214,900.

Renato and Angelina Palumbo, individually and as trustees, sold 245 Boulder Rock Drive to Ufuoma Umebese, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1988, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,361 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

Patricia Hartfield, of Palm Coast, sold 121 Ryberry Drive to Kenneth and Susan Kallam, of Palm Coast, for $265,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,278 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $227,500.
