A Hammock Beach home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Dec. 31 to Jan. 6. Jeffrey and Phyllis Breiter, of Bloomfield, Connecticut, sold the home at 39 Northshore Drive to George Clayton and Georgia Keresty, of Beach Haven, New Jersey. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa, two fireplaces, a summer kitchen and 3,692 square feet of living area.

Atlanta Beach
Todd Berchen, of Jacksonville, and Tobi Berchin, of Lima, New York, sold the home at 2700 S. Central Ave. to George and Catherine Naylor, of Flagler Beach, for $400,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,080 square feet of living area.

Sunrise Beach
Flloyd Degroff Jr. and Katherine Degroff sold the home at 1955 Oceanshore Blvd. to Michael and Jeanine Trout, of Tampa, for $275,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,196 square feet of living area.

Pebble Beach Village
Janet Ladd-Ryan, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 43 Pebble Beach Circle to Jack and Jacquelyn Spradley, of St. Augustine, for $235,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,306 square feet of living area.

John Rogers and Angela Rogers, of Bunnell, sold the home at 37 Pepper Lane to James Cestone, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,744 square feet of living area.
