A Hammock Beach home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Dec. 18-24, 2014. Robert and Delane Buck, of Lake Mary, sold the home at 37 Northshore Ave. to Andrew Moffatt and Sinead McGee, of Palm Coast, for $585,000. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,326 square feet of living area.

Kimberly Saxon-Erwin, of Ocala, sold the home at 4981 County Road 305 to Elisha Doyle Peterson, of Bunnell, for $120,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,152 square feet of living area.

Atlanta Beach
Bank of New York Mellon sold the home at 2548 Oceanshore Blvd. S. to Michael and Bronna Cacciatore, of Flagler Beach, for $480,500. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,040 square feet of living area.

Plantation Bay
Intervest at Plantation Bay sold the home at 836 Westlake Drive to David and Gail Yaris, of Ormond Beach, for $433,357. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, two bath and 2,587 square feet of living area.

Cinnamon Beach
Steven and Deborah Spade, of Windermere, sold the condo at 800 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 765, to Steven and Suzanne Harrison, of Oviedo, for $495,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area.

Cypress Knoll
Fannie Mae sold the home at 32 Essington Lane to Tri S. Hoang, of Palm Coast, for $154,500. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,912 square feet of living area.

Joseph Espeso, of New Canaan, Connecticut, sold the condo at 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 609, to Gary and Annette Gardner, of Cincinnati, Ohio, for $405,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,676 square feet of living area.

Dawn Darden Fullerton and Clayton Fullerton, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 325 Ocean Crest Drive to Richard and Janice Hudson, of Newton, Pennsylvania, for $460,000. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,563 square feet of living area.

Jimmy Hamon, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Blakeshire Place to Manuel Pozo, of Palm Coast, for $100,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet of living area.
