Hammock Beach home sells for $1.65 million

A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of Oct. 15-21 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. David and Joyce Smith, individually and as trustees, sold 520 Cinnamon Beach Lane to Brian and Jennifer Knight, of Palm Coast, for $1.65 million. Built in 2009, the house is a 5/4.5 and has a fireplace, elevator and 4,024 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Scot Jett, individually and as trustee, sold 1601 Central Ave. N., Unit 902, to Tammy Meyer, of Flagler Beach, for $788,241. Built in 1984, the condo is a 3/3 and has 2,430 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $335,000.

Frederick DeFelice, individually and as trustee, sold 146 Palm Coast Resort Blvd., Unit 402, to William and Sandra Curry, of Palm Coast, for $308,000. Built in 2007, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,702 square feet.

Belle Terre

Dolores Gajan, individually and as trustee, sold 23 Putter Drive to Lillian Jansen, of Palm Coast, for $182,000. Built in 1985, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,175 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $60,000.

Cypress Knoll

Marc and Donna Menzie, of Lake Worth, sold 35 Edge Lane to George and Linda Rockermann, of Palm Coast, for $310,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,501 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $297,900.

Jaclyn Mcdevitt, of Palm Coast, sold 33 Esperanto Drive to Joao and Maria Faria, of Palm Coast, for $265,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,634 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $226,000.

Christopher Hancock, of Wynchendon, Massachusetts, sold 86 Esperanto Drive to Cynthia and Brian Straight, of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,512 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $201,500.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 23 Grand Par Court to Cheryl Palmes, of Bunnell, for $212,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,557 square feet.

Indian Trails

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 202 Birchwood Drive to Brian Gannuscio, of Palm Coast, for $197,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,552 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

Alla Greysman sold 88 Rickenbacker Drive to Nouay and Bounseng Lodbansa, of Worcester, Massachusetts, for $245,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,118 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $175,000.

Palm Harbor

Steven Smith and Andrea Abati, of Kensington, Maryland, sold 39 Cherokee Court W. to Debra Occhicone, of Palm Coast, for $500,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,021 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $408,000.

Jacqueline and Yaremis Hernandez, of Palm Coast, sold 77 Fortress Place to Kimberly Evangelista and Mario Ferreira Jr., of Palm Coast, for $240,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,112 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $219,000.

Tracy McCarty sold 105 Fenimore Lane to Jennifer Hill and Connie Ruberry, of Palm Coast, for $237,500. Built in 1987, the house is a `3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,595 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $200,000.

Pine Grove

Richard, Gerard and Raymond Mueller, and Patricia Avolio, of Palm Coast, sold 6 Philmont Lane to William and Mary Zink, of Palm Coast, for $300,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,046 square feet.

Pine Lakes

Dan and Sheri Patrick, of Palm Coast, sold 6 Yorktowne Court to Charles Adams and Louise Bubser, of Palm Coast, for $365,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 5/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,834 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $317,000.

William and Catherine Norwood, of Palm Coast, sold 39 Woodward Lane to Norman and Nadia Bolot, of Staten Island, for $250,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,602 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $109,000.

Sea Colony

Shirley Iverson, of Naples, sold 3 Bedford Place to Anthony and Charisse Vacchiano, of Knoxville, Tennessee, for $270,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,178 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $230,000.
