A Hammock Beach home tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Sept. 23-30. Michael and Yvonne D’alessandro, of Miami, sold the home at 76 Ocean Oaks Lane to Reggie and Linda McFarland, of Covington, Ga., for $950,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,141 square feet of living area.

Bruner
Lawrence Leonardi, of Pittsburgh, sold the home at 1946 Daytona Ave. N. to Samuel Baker, of Jacksonville, for $250,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,806 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $216,000.

Waterwood Park
Minh Hua and Mylan Pho, of Santa Clara, Calif., sold the home at 1362 Lambert Ave. to Thomas and Pauline Gray, of Flagler Beach, for $470,000. Built in 1970, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 3,209 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $795,000.

Irina Iudina, of East Brunswick, N.J., sold the home at 1 Princess Kim Place to Tehgan Vick and Adam Magaw, of Palm Coast, for $104,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,780 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Robert and Sharon Van Nostrand, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 4 Osprey Circle to William Robinson Mitchell and Marla Todd Mitchell, of Palm Coast, for $440,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool and 3,370 square feet of living area.

Carole Mills, of Odenton, Md., sold the home at 92 Southlake Drive to Christiansen Investments, Inc., of Burlington, Ontario, Canada, for $215,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,627 square feet of living area.

Carl and Tanya Locke, of Winter Haven, sold the condo at 200 Oceancrest Drive, Unit 252, to Mark and Cynthia Griffin, of Jacksonville, for $550,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,177 square feet of living area.

Hammock Beach III, LLC sold the condo at 200 Oceancrest Drive, Unit 655, to Anthony Aulisio, of Gainesville, for $710,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,177 square feet of living area.

Johanna Bialkin, of San Francisco, sold the home at 55 Berkshire Lane to Lisa Annaheim, of Palm Coast, for $60,100. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,433 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $95,000.

Carlos and Wendy Rodriguez, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 42 Bressler Lane to Kathleen Huber, of Palm Coast, for $70,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,432 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $150,000.

Fred Fox Enterprises Inc., of St. Augustine, sold the home at 4 Rosalie Place to Mariano Hellwig, of Palm Coast, for $135,850. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,878 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $125,800.

Carolyn Hugueley, of Gaithersburg, Md., sold the home at 23 Upshire Path to Dennis and Brenda Vickery, of Palm Coast, for $153,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,852 square feet of living area.

Tivus Walker, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 85 Ulaturn Trail to Glen McIntosh, of Palm Coast, for $108,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,371 square feet of living area.

Joseph and Jacqueline Brown, of Maumee, Ohio, sold the condo at 85 Riverview Bend S., Unit 1533, to Kay Forest, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,194 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $63,000.

Samuel Bell and Patricia Love, of Flagler Beach, sold the condo at 200 Riverview Bend S., Unit 911, to Deborah Pilkington, of Laconia, N.H., for $110,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,159 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 12 Wendi Lane to Sonia Raulerson, of Palm Coast, for $194,900. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,426 square feet of living area.

Woodlands
Gregory and Marilyn Sanders, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 23 Blairmore Place to Vladimir Golub, of Chicago, for $85,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,263 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $59,000.
