John and Rebecca Yovich, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 15 Hammock Beach Circle S. to John Bailey, of Palm Coast, for $630,000. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a pool and 2,949 square feet of living area.

Brenda Odom, of Doerun, Ga., sold the home at 106 Hernandez Ave. to Gordon and Elaine Kemmerly, of Dunwoody, Ga., for $508,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a boat dock, house and lift, a pool and 3,264 square feet of living area.
