A Hammock Beach home topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Nov. 5-9. Central Mortgage Co. sold the home at 12 Northshore Drive to Christopher and Abigail Romaine, of Palm Coast, for $475,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, five baths and 3,704 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $965,200.

Aliki Gold Coast
Thomas and Bernadette Lawrence, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 402 of Aliki Gold Coast Condominium, 1601 Central Ave., to Karl and Bronislawa Boecker, of Palm Coast, for $194,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,215 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $195,000.

Eagle Lakes
Alan and Justine Florez, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 52 Eagle Lake Drive to Craig and Nicole Sproul, of Flagler Beach, for $275,000. Built by the sellers in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,673 square feet of living area.

Guennadi Kisselev and Lidiya Ryabinina, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 1 Emerald Court to James Davis, of Uniontown, Pa., for $310,000. Built by the sellers in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,903 square feet of living area.
