A Hammock Beach home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of April 1-8. Mary Hafeman, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 54 Oak View Circle to Arah and Susan Brooks, of Palm Coast, for $560,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a summer kitchen and 2,776 square feet of living area.

Ocean Palm
Katharine Erfle, of Westerville, Ohio, sold the home at 276 Ocean Palm Drive to The S&L Fraas Trust for $445,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 2,160 square feet.
 

Plaza Caribe
Ronald Goldberg and Julia Goldberg, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 301 S. Central Ave., Unit 8, to Carletto Estates Properties Inc. for $106,000. Built in 2007, it has one bedroom, one bath and 425 square feet of living area.

Richard and Carole McCleery sold the home at 8 Sycamore Terrace to Donald Freer Jr., of Acworth, Georgia, for $250,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,011 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the condo at 300 Bella Harbor Court, Unit 102, to Maida Yeh and Donald Edwards, of Palm Coast, for $126,900. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,745 square feet of living area.

Bank of America sold the home at 18 Petoria Lane to Delfim and Maria Duarte, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,862 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 18 Park Circle to Neil and Lois Copeland, of Palm Coast, for $325,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace and 3,114 square feet of living area.

Albert Yonick and Annabelle Yonick, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 Pelican Court to Tonia Michelle Trobiano, of Palm Coast, for $235,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,804 square feet of living area.

Bank of America sold the condo at 200 Ocean Crest Drive, unit 816, to Joseph Philip Ulrich Jr., of Palm Coast, for $372,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet o living area.
 

Lakeside at Matanzas Shores
Theodora Merendino, of Deerfield Beach, sold the home at 11 San Miguel Court to Annette Louise Dexter Jones, of Palm Coast, for $293,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,896 square feet of living area.
 

Lehigh Woods
Katherine Zakota, of Queens, New York, sold the home at 3 Raintree Place to Robert Danford and Sonia Elise Danford, of Palm Coast, for $142,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,646 square feet of living area.

K Investment Properties LLC sold the home at 15 Reindeer Lane to Colin and Fay Klass, of Palm Coast, for $121,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,318 square feet of living area.

Joseph Keyon Jr. and Ruth Keyon, of Cincinnati, Ohio, sold the home at 8 Rollins Lane to Charles Dressler Jr., of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,478 square feet of living area.

JPMorgan Chase Bank sold the home at 97 Pheasant Drive to New Ventures LLC for $114,975 square feet of living area. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two bath and 1,471 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 23 Pier Lane to Prentiss Ivan Moore and Rozanne Moore, of Maryville, Tennessee, for $102,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,164 square feet of living area.

Kerry Jacobsen, of DeLand, sold the home at 146 Pine Grove Drive to Howard Underwood and Sherri Knoedler, of Bunnell, for $125,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,660 square feet of living area.

Bank of America sold the home at 24 Pittwick Lane to Yury Melnik and Elena Melnik, of San Jose, California, for $122,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,791 square feet of living area.

Christina Trust sold the home at 1 Porcupine Drive to Sun-Yasi Inc. for $100,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,320 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the condo at 55 Riverview Bend S., Unit 2021, to Benjamin and Estelle Shindell, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,115 square feet of living area.
