Hammock Beach condo tops this week's sales list

A Hammock Beach condominium topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Oct. 22-26. James Pillow Jr. and Maria Pillow, of Windermere, sold condominium Unit 381-G, Ocean Towers at Hammock Beach, 200 Oceancrest Drive, to Betty Scheid, of Winter Park, for $512,015. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,246 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $475,000.

FLAGLER BEACH
Fuquay
Michael and Christine Kenney, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2020 Flagler Ave. S. to Thomas Guerdon and Margaret Casey, of Flagler Beach, for $339,800. Built 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,728 square feet of living area. It sold in 1998 for $125,000.

The Village
Nadia O'Connell, of Yonkers, N.Y., sold the townhouse at 26 Village Drive to Karen Jones, of Flagler Beach, for $82,500. Built in 1987, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,196 square feet of living area. It sold in 1996 for $42,300.

Surf Club
Janet Linger, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 213, Surf Club II Condominium, 80 Surfview Drive, to Gary and Elizabeth Gonlag, of Muskego, Wis., for $282,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,633 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $303,100.

Fifth Third Bank sold Unit 603, Surf Club III Condominium, 60 Surfview Drive, to Sandeep and Hareeta Grewal, of Basking Ridge, N.J., for $270,100. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,640 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $565,000.

Hammock Beach
John and Colleen Barazotto, of Stratford, Conn., sold condominium Unit N-702 of The One Bedrooms at Hammock Beach, 200 Ocean Crest Drive, to Hammock LLC, or Columbus, Ohio, for $136,000. Built in 2003, it has one bedroom, one bath and 678 square feet of living area.

Ocean Hammock
Marilyn Bauer, of Orlando, sold the home at 23 Cinnamon Beach Way to Gary Nolen and Colleen Burke, of Houston, for $450,000. Built by the seller in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,086 square feet of living area.

Hammock Dunes
Joseph Loiacono, of Boca Raton, sold condominium Unit 1301, Casa Bella I, 25 Casa Bella Circle to Laszio and Svetlana Rausch, of Palm Coast, for $275,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $660,000.

Donna Filler-Wilensky, of Atlanta, sold condominium Unit 1201, Casa Bella I, 35 Casa Bella Circle to Laszio and Svetlana Rausch, of Palm Coast, for $285,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $475,000.

Don Nguyen, of Milpitas, Calif., sold the home at 261 Parkview Drive to Gene Ortiz, of Palm Coast, for $87,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,776 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $215,000.

Cypress Knoll
Joyce Parish, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 18 E. Diamond Drive to Terrance and Paulette Wallace, of Palm Coast, for $194,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms two baths, a pool and 1,894 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $245,000.

Lucian Stevens and Lorrie Craven, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 113 Evens Drive to David and Gigi Wix, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,026 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $163,900. The pool was added in 2007.

Kate DiNoto, of Wakefield, R.I., sold the home at 36 Biscayne Drive to John Hallahan III and Florence Wegzenek Hallahan, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,402 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $130,900.

Lawrence McKay and Shirley Stembridge, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 32 Briarvue Lane for $175,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a summer kitchen, a pool and 2,439 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $156,400.

Lake Forest
Joseph and Cecilia Torre, of Middle Village, N.Y., sold the townhouse at 20 Lake Forest Court to Laverna Toney, of Palm Coast, for $79,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It sold in 1988 for $68,800.

Lehigh Woods
William and Leigha Chadwell, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Ranber Place to Pavel and Yelena Volkov, of Palm Coast, for $105,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,798 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $185,000.

Bibi Wright, of Jamaica, N.Y., sold the home at 35 Ridley Lane to James Szatkowski, of Waterloo, N.Y., for $80,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,542 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $135,000.

Thomas McAndrew, of Vero Beach, sold condominium Unit 104, Building VI, of The Palm Club, 50 Clubhouse Drive, to Jay and Linda Davis, of Chatham, Ill., for $68,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 986 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $55,500.

EverBank sold the home at 209 Parkview Drive to Shinnecock Properties LLC, of Palm Coast, for $88,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,571 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $147,800.

Susan Andreone, of Bridgeville, Pa., sold the home at 63 Pine Crest Lane to Willy and Carol Waltens, of Sarasota, for $103,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,702 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $189,900.

Hancock Bank sold the home at 55 Undershire Path to Ronald Gereau and Carolyn Brazeau-Gereau, of Palm Coast, for $90,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,376 square feet of living area. It sold in June 2012 for $71,100.
