A Hammock Beach Club condo tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of July 30 through Aug. 6. Ellen and Robert Brothers, of Hartwell, Ga., sold the condo at 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 508, to Bonnie and Michael Kessler, of Livingston, N.J., for $425,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet of living area.

Fuquay
Martha Lowe, of Gainesville, sold the home at 1340 S. Central Ave. to Glen Taylor for $183,500. Built in 1986, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,152 square feet of living area.

Brian Gazzoli, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 48 Evans Drive to James and Kathryn McCann, of Milford, Del., for $202,000. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,047 square feet of living area.

Marie Jaeger, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5543 Walnut Ave. to New Technology Outpost Inc., of Wilmington, Del., for $75,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,037 square feet of living area.

Pedro and Minerva Sanchez, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 89 Esperanto Drive to Gary and Deanna Spadaccia, of Northampton, Pa., for $215,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,824 square feet of living area.

Christina Trust, of Santa Ana, Calif., sold the condo at 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 1111, to Alexander Ustilovsky and Mariya Oborotova, of Palm Coast, for $363,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,818 square feet of living area.

Kimberly Vanderveen, of Glenview, Ill., sold the condo at 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 1015, to James and Patricia Rogan, of Bronx, N.Y., for $375,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet of living area.

Hammock Beach Villas
Flagstar Bank, of Troy, Mich., sold the condo at 35 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1144, to Vikram Inc., of New Hyde Park, N.Y., for $185,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,264 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $120,300.

Hidden Lakes
D.R. Horton Inc., of Jacksonville, sold the home at 80 Arena Lake Drive to Jurgen and Adele Escher, of Palm Coast, for $239,000. Built in 2013, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 2,687 square feet of living area.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Jacksonville, sold the home at 28 Arrowhead Drive to Christine Cavanaugh, of Palm Coast, for $191,000. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,887 square feet of living area.

Michael and Roxanne Brown, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 3 Bannerwood Lane to Angelo and Donna Guarino, of Palm Coast, for $168,700. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,102 square feet of living area.

Ricardo and Ariana Molina, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 75 Beaverdam Lane to Irene Griffin, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,613 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 17 Bickshire Lane to Irena Redlinska, of Romeoville, Ill., for $139,550. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,510 square feet of living area.

William Isaac and Alvin Price, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 156 Birtchwood Drive to John and Jaqueline O’Brien, of Jacksonville, for $165,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,052 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $187,000.

Giovanna Poole, of Fayetteville, N.C., sold the home at 109 Braddock Lane to Li Huo Wu and Zhu Huang, of Palm Coast for $130,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,421 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
Peter Roberts and Carla McArdle sold the home at 8 Calusa Cout to Timothy ad Monique Weathers, of Fuquay Varina, N.C., for $385,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,638 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $320,000.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 127 Cochise Court to Pietro and Authelia Minervini, of Palm Coast, for $238,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,153 square feet of living area.

Joseph and Melanie Massaro, of Providence, R.I., sold the home at 54 Columbia Lane to Robert and Charlene Lewis, of Palm Coast, for $253,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 1,622 square feet of living area.

Thomas Reichert and Nancy Mahoney, of Sparta, Ga., sold the home at 5 Sutton Court to Thomas and Regina Hemstreet, of Melrose Park, Ill., for $289,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,145 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $212,000.

Charles and Jean Ostholm, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 4 Wainshire Place to James and Christine Rutowski, of Palm Coast, for $162,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,912 square feet of living area.

Michael and Sharon Carey, of St. Johns, sold the home at 9 Windover Place to Donald and Kathryn Pinney, of Monroe, N.C., for $143,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,050 square feet of living area.

New Shinnecock Properties, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Wood Ash Lane to Ingeburg Gran, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,118 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $72,000.

Jiori and Irina Voitiouk, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 34 Utrillo Place to Aleksandr Shapiro and Galina Sheynberg, of Fair Lawn, N.J., for $110,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,655 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $168,000.

Tidelands
Larry Shoultz, of Cullman, Ala., sold the condo at 25 Riverview Bend N., Unit 116, to Thomas and Laurel Makowski, of Nashua, N.H., for $115,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,159 square feet of living area.

John and Sandra Thompson, of Wilmington, N.C., sold the condo at 55 Riverview Bend S., Unit 2015, to Manuel Assena, of Palm Coast, for $155,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,575 square feet of living area.

Woodlands
Christopher and Maureen Nyman, of Front Royal, Va., sold the home at 32 Black Alder Drive to Ljubomir Stojkovski and Svetla Stojkovska, of Palm Coast, for $60,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,352 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $89,000.
