A condo in Hammock Beach tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of June 13 to June 17. Hammock Beach III LLC sold Unit 852-B at 200 Oceancrest Drive to John and Cristy Keating, of Wichita, Kan., for $775,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,177 square feet of living area.

Sea Colony
Jeffery and Marcie LePine, of Newberry, sold the home at 31 Avalon Terrace to Bruce Anderson, of Overland Park, Kan., for $230,000. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,722 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 2006.

Cinnamon Beach
Rocco Totino, of Rye, N.Y., sold Unit 1135 at 1200 Cinnamon Beach Way to Grey and Patricia Wilson, of Palm Coast, for $290,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $491,900 in 2004.

Ocean Hammock
Diana Mead-Siohan, of Chapel Hill, N.C., sold the home at 42 Oak View Circle to Rick Look and Karen Lindsey, of Palm Coast, for $420,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa and 2,958 square feet of living area.

BankUnited sold the home at 18 St. Andrews Court to Mario Cabrera, of Palm Coast, for $145,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,753 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $307,000 in 2005.

Indian Trails
Shaun Donocan, the secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Nashville, Tenn., sold the home at 11 Birchview Place to Mark and Debra Little, of Palm Coast, for $77,002. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,625 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $153,200 in 2005.

Zinaida Petlyar, of Hallandale, sold the home at 5 Bolling Lane to Vadim Pavlyuchenko, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,800 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,100 in 2006.

Anna Azova, of Glenview, Ill., sold the home at 3 Burgess Place to Vito and Bethel Judith Morolla, of Palm Coast, for $122,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,420 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $281,000 in 2006.

John and Carol Douglas, of Ocala, sold the home at 3 Buttercup Place to Patrick and Laura Blackley, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,250 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2005.

Dmitriy Makarov and Vera Kouvelina, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 47 Regency Drive to Galina Bogdan, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,357 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $182,885 in 2005.

Owen and Frances Nuske, of Sidney, Ark., sold the home at 17 Reid Place to Dawn Darnell, of Palm Coast, for $104,900. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,368 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $97,900 in 2004.

Fred Fox Enterprises Inc. sold the home at 155 Rolling Sands Drive to Miguel and Evangeline DeCastro, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,035 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 22 Ryken Lane to Derrick Cooper, of Bronx, N.Y., for $149,900. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 3,918 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $327,900 in 2006.

Palm Harbor
Gary Armstrong, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 1 Chilham Court to Schelto and Mieke Van Doorn, of Loveland, Ohio, for $240,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,342 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $232,000 in 2009.

Maxim Vedenev, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 11 Clarendon Court S. to Kevin Pycko and Rie Tanakajima, of Ludlow, Mass., for $180,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 2,084 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $288,000 in 2008.

Lloyd Lipsett, of Sandwich, Mass., sold the home at 15 Coolidge Court to Kathleen Rooney, of Palm Coast, for $320,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa, a boat dock and 1,783 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2010.

Karen Alfano, of Medford, Ore., sold the home at 54 Fairbank Lane to Manuel Assena and Esmeralda Costa, both of Kearny, N.J., for $200,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa and 3,316 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $374,500 in 2004.

Margaret Benton, of Santa Monica, Calif., sold the home at 63 Farmsworth Drive to Ronald and Ecaterina Tavano, of Palm Coast, for $90,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,384 square feet of living area.

Eric Smikle, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 13 Filbert Lane to Gerard Patella, of Palm Coast, for $45,900. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,249 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $51,600 in 1984.

Brian and Christie Lanier sold the home at 43 Frenora Lane to William and Deanna Hodges, of Nathalie, Va., for $92,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,971 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $123,800 in 2003.

Kacs Acquisitions LLC and Dela Holdings LLC sold the home at 37 Pilgrim Drive to Eric McBride and Renae Schiavoni, both of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,111 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 2005.

Nationstar Mortgage LLC sold the home at 5 Pinelark Lane to Carol Graham, of Palm Coast, for $117,300. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,262 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,900 in 2003.

Igor Burukhin, of Danvers, Mass., sold the home at 84 Ponce de Leon Drive to John and Dorota Collingwood, of Benenden Cranbrooke, England, for $105,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $172,300 in 2005.

Boris Beskin and Anna Rukhlya sold the home at Izidor Voskoboynik and Margaraita Voskoboynik, both of San Jose, Calif., for $125,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,338 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,600 in 2006.

Ilya and Olga Sirota, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 91 Providence Lane to Juan and Carmen Velazquez, of Lakewood, N.J., for $90,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,753 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $197,400 in 2005.

Neal and Madona Maceda, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 11 Wasserman Drive to Michael and Kandace Hansen, of Palm Coast, for $134,800. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,498 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,200 in 2006.

Tamco Corp. of Volusia sold the home at 29 White Haven Lane to Roberto and Lina Tapia, of Palm Coast, for $148,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,089 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $301,300 in 2006.

Glenn and Patricia Haynes, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 29 Woodfield Drive to Thomas and Jillann Gildea, of Palm Coast, for $205,000. Built in 1990, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 2,360 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $207,500 in 2010.

Rivergate
Diane Evanac, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 163 Raintree Circle to Richard Mara, of Shrewsbury, Mass., for $125,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,662 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $218,800 in 2006.
