Hammock Beach condo sells for $610,000

A condo in Hammock Beach tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of April 18 to April 22. Hammock Beach III LLC sold Unit 573C at 200 Oceancrest Drive to Robert and Celeste Sticca, of Fargo, N.D., for $610,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,588 square feet of living area.

Fuquay
Richard and Sharon Weeks, of Middle Island, N.Y., sold the home at 1840 Daytona Ave. S. to Woodrow and Suzanne Groover, of Steep Falls, Maine, for $113,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 864 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $196,000 in 2004.

Perry Whisenant, of Valdese, N.C., sold the home at 2135 Daytona Ave. S. to Stanley Regula and Rachel Sensenbach, of White Haven, Pa., for $135,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,294 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $91,000 in 2001.

Richard Gabriel and Patricia Von Jasinski, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 1640 Flagler Ave. S. to Pamela McDaniel, of Flagler Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 2,051 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $76,000 in 1997.

John Croley Jr. and Judith Croley, of Waterville, Ohio, sold the home at 66 Pritchard Drive to Adelino and Fatima Da Silva, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,904 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $171,700 in 2007.

European Village
Regions Bank sold Unit C-232 at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway to Bruce Chatterton, of Huntington, W.Va., for $52,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,250 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2005.

Regions Bank sold Unit A-401 at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway to Nicholas Lalvani, of Florham Park, N.J., for $35,000. Built in 2005, it has one bedroom, 1.5 baths and 670 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Christine and Jeffrey Squires, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 44 Lagare St. to Steven Mosher and Janet Mosher, of Palm Coast, for $312,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 1,952 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $306,000 in 2003.

Hammock Beach
Frank Cina, of Granite Bay, Calif., sold Unit C-303 at 200 Ocean Crest Drive to Kevin and Lise Murphy, of St. Augustine, for $115,000. Built in 2003, it has one bedroom, one bath and 678 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $472,500.

Indian Trails
Teobaldo and Maria Zavala, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 101 Boulder Rock Drive to Lew and Diana Christopher, of Rapid City, S.D., for $108,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,315 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 2006.

Marlene Shapiro, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 56 Brushwood Lane to Ellen-Jo Donohue and Joan Mound, both of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool and 2,692 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 2006.

Lehigh Woods
SMT Properties Group LLC sold the home at 131 Rae Drive to Jody Krawiec, of Palm Coast, for $117,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,738 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 2005.

John DiValentino, of Warminster, Pa., sold the home at 10 Ranbay Place to David and Barbara Evans, of St. Augustine, for $118,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,906 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $239,900 in 2005.

Sergei Romadin, of Prairie View, Ill., sold the home at 23 Rockwell Lane to Alexander Gourin, of Palm Coast, for $89,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,010 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $241,000 in 2006.

Ernest and Rose D’Agostino, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Ryder Drive to Frances Langley, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,425 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $193,900 in 2005.

Theodora Hokanson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Filbert Lane to Richard Butler, of Lake George, N.Y., for $63,350. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,418 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $70,000 in 1996.

Marie Bilbrey and Roger Bilbrey, both of Buford, Ga., sold the home at 20 Porcupine Drive to Larry and Judith Spencer, of Elizabethtown, Ky., for $100,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,872 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $179,200 in 2006.

Gail Abbott, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Andover Drive to Peter and Christine Smarda, of Austin, Texas, for $150,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,240 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 2006.

Alan and Judie Zamba, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 99 Smith Trail to Robert Beltrami III, of Palm Coast, for $185,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,279 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $198,800 in 2008.

GMAC Mortgage LLC sold the home at 41 Universal Trail to Floyd and Joann Harper, of Margate, for $135,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 2,928 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $218,900 in 2005.

Tidelands
GMAC Mortgage LLC sold Unit 2144 at 115 Riverview Bend S. to CL1 LLC for $99,900. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,254 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $452,900 in 2007.
