A condo in Hammock Beach tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of April 18 to April 22.

Hammock Beach III LLC sold Unit 573C at 200 Oceancrest Drive to Robert and Celeste Sticca, of Fargo, N.D., for $610,000.

Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,588 square feet of living area.
