A condo in Hammock Beach tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Feb. 28 to March 4. Hammock Beach III LLC sold Unit 582-H at 200 Oceancrest Drive to Yoder Sales Agency Inc., for $515,000.

Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,058 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Aliki Gold Coast
Robert and Patricia Aubin, of Flagler Beach, sold Unit 103 at 1601 Central Ave. N. to James and Kim Mullin, of Pittsburgh, for $169,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,215 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $263,500 in 2007.

PALM COAST
Grand Haven
Joyce Vendit, of Ponte Vedra, sold the home at 10 Marshview Lane to Juan and Raquel Scornik, of Gainesville, for $210,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,999 square feet of living area.

Hammock Dunes
William and Jillane Payne, of Ada, Mich., sold Unit 1005 at 19 Ave. De La Mer to Lady K JGB LLC for $475,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,340 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $995,000.

Hidden Cove
Prem Arjoon, of Cummings, Ga., sold the home at 91 Hidden Cove to Elizabeth and Acacio Reis, of Beverly Beach, for $425,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 4,244 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,252,900 in 2005.

Indian Trails
Abrash Aronbayev, of Flushing, N.Y., sold the home at 222 Birchwood Drive to Aliso Creek Investments LLC, a California company, for $115,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,252 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $266,800 in 2006.

Robert Longo and Nyree Longo both sold the home at 62 Barring Place to Rafael and Maria Rivera, of Palm Coast, for $72,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,011 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $75,000 in 1998.

Lehigh Woods
Bradford Casso sold the home at 13 Ryecliffe Drive to Clarence Gnau, of Waterloo, N.Y., for $99,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,332 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 2008.

Angela Page, of Port Orange, sold the home at 21 Rolland Lane to Larry Bridger, of Palm Coast, for $82,900. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,380 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 2007.

Sandra and Daniel Nunnikhoven, of Gatlinburg, Tenn., sold the home at 87 Rickenbacker Drive to Richard and Ancela Mazzarella, of Palm Coast, for $82,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,368 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $79,900 in 2002.

Barry and Laura Peters, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 23 Renfro Lane to Imran Nisbett, of London, for $85,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,365 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 2006.

Fannie Mae, a Dallas corporation, sold the home at 8 Ritchie Place to Joseph Boyce, of Palm Coast, for $83,900. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,340 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $79,800 in 2001.

Matanzas Woods
Anthony and Jennifer Poirier, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 14 Lucas Lane to Antonio and Maria Cardoso, of Rocky Hill, Conn., for $86,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,204 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $86,100 in 2001.

Joseph and Mary Jaworski, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 90 Lamancha Drive to Theodore and Fernanda Brum, of Palm Coast, for $162,500. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,070 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
Robert and Dorothy Parish, of Fleming Island, sold the home at 24 Crescent Court S. to Stephen Ginter and Jane Ryan, of Coopersburg, Penn., for $306,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, a boat house, a boat lift, a pool and 2,108 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $515,500 in 2005.

Cresston and Edna Taylor, of Bunnell, sold the home at 20 Cheyenne Court to Norman and Sylvia Carlson, of Alachua, for $299,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, a pool, a spa and 2,028 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 2003.

Pine Grove
Prosperity Bank sold the home at 17 Princess Ruth Lane to John and Josephine Iocovozzi, of Palm Coast, for $114,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,728 square feet of living area.

Rita Stella, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Presidential Lane to Frank and Bonita Bednar, of Palm Coast, for $65,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,293 square feet of living area.
