A condo in Hammock Beach tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Dec. 6 to Dec. 10. Hammock Beach III LLC sold Unit 342-E at 200 Oceancrest Drive to Thomas and Margrit Salcito, of Brookfield, Conn., for $490,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.

Oceanside
Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. sold Unit 219 at 2450 Oceanshore Blvd. N. to Patricia and George Elles, of Crosby, Texas, for $229,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,919 square feet of living area.

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
Josephine Kummer, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 56 Putter Drive to Amy Wolfe and James Diddle, both of Ravenswood, W. Va., for $169,500. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,953 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Edwin and Barbara Holtz, of Orange City, sold the home at 26 Front St. to Judith Crossan, of Denver, Pa., for $338,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 2,433 square feet of living area.

Peter Stirrup sold the home at 32 Lagare St. to John and Elizabeth Fitterman, of Green Cove Springs, for $300,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,514 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $344,900 in 2004.

Suntrust Mortgage Inc. sold Unit D303 at 200 Riverfront Drive to Donald and Franciska Ledford, of Seneca, S.C., for $114,900. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,762 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $486,100 in 2006.

Indian Trails
Gloria Haney and Carmen Starring sold the home at 41 Bracken Lane to Keith Kilty and Christina Loyola-Kilty, of Dublin, Ohio, for $100,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,088 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 2004.

Patrice Carter, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 34 Beth Lane to Erol and Sheila Grant, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $125,500. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,935 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $100,000 in 1998.

Karl and Linda Groves sold the home at 40 Banner Lane to Thomas Palowitch and Luong T. Ha, of Palm Coast, for $216,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,062 square feet of living area.

Marineland Acres
Nita Conte, Elena Stetson and Joseph Conte Jr., all of Ann Arbor, Mich., sold the home at 59 Atlantic Drive to Margaret Briggs, of Philadelphia, for $330,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, thee baths, a pool and 2,560 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
Joseph Gottwald, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 76 Fieldstone Lane to Brett Lopez and Monica Blood, both of Palm Coast, for $86,500. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,435 square feet of living area.

John Dimsey, of Glenn Dale, Md., sold the home at 2 Fleetwood Drive to Charles and Elizabeth Rush, of St. Augustine, for $82,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,591 square feet of living area.

Paula Benham, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 27 Farragut Drive to Robert Franz and George Grusden, both of Palm Coast, for $98,500. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,548 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $59,900 in 1981.

Pine Lakes
Nancy Small, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 White Wing Place to Shirley Hescott, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $112,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,441 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $104,500 in 2002.

Quail Hollow
Lasalle Bank National Association sold the home at 40 Zebulahs Trail to Meredith Edwards, of Flagler Beach, for $79,900. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,248 square feet of living area.

Seminole Woods
Brian Khamidov and Irina Khlamova, both of Staten Island, N.Y., sold the home at 51 Slipper Trail to Emad Akef Lulu and Jo Ann Ramos, of Palm Coast, for $108,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,847 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $182,400 in 2005.

Waterside
Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. sold Unit 410 at 104 Club House Drive to Elleen Farley, of Montclair, N.J., for $225,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,414 square feet of living area.
