A condo in Hammock Beach tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of May 2 to May 6.

Hammock Beach III LLC sold Unit 241-D at 200 Ocean Crest Drive to John and Denise Burgers, of Powell, Ohio, for $470,000.

Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.
