Grand Haven
First Horizon Home Loans sold the home at 158 Willow Oak Way to Stephen and Dina Darling, of Palm Coast, for $399,000. Built in 2009, it has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 4,183 square feet of living area.
