A condo in Hammock Beach tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Feb. 7 to Feb. 11. Richard and Cynthia Rowland and William and Deborah Theis, all sold Unit 452-B at 200 Oceancrest Drive to Brady Gump and Mark Mills, and Essential Commodities Inc., of Mooresville, N.C., for $445,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,177 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,469,000 in 2007.

PALM COAST
Armand Beach
Roland Trivett and Ellis Trivett, of Morganton, N.C., sold the home at 25 Armand Beach Drive to Denise Kraft, of Palm Coast, for $167,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,224 square feet of living area.

Hammock Beach
Feehan Timber Investments Inc. sold Unit 304-S at 200 Ocean Crest Drive to George and Jill Stagg, of West Milford, N.J., for $112,750. Built in 2003, it has one bedrooms, one bath and 678 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2006.

Hammock Dunes
Richard Boyle, Steven Boyle and Kimball Boyle, all of Newton, N.J., sold the home at 9 Pamela Parkway to Kristina Cardone and Eilish Cardone, both of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,595 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $88,500 in 1999.

Lehigh Woods
Sergei Romadin, of Prairie View, Ill., sold the home at 27 Roxton Lane to Liliya Temnorod, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,247 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $228,500 in 2005.

Matanzas Woods
Marion and Jean Marcussen, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 68 Lynbrook Drive to Gregg Christie and Christina Paul, both of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,692 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
Richard Washington Sr. and Jennifer Payne-Washington, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 1 Clearview Court S. to William and Diane Torrens, of Beulah, N.D., for $275,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock, a boat house, a boat lift and 1,889 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $303,000 in 2003.

Dorothy Firtion, of Stafford Springs, Conn., sold the home at 31 Folcroft Lane to Landon Kromhout and Christine Accardi, of Mastic Beach, N.Y., for $115,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,934 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $109,000 in 2000.

Mary Marklein, of Palm Harbor, sold the home at 69 Forest Hill Drive to Denise Roehr, of Palm Coast, for $80,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,525 square feet of living area.

Pine Grove
Anna Gill, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 173 Pritchard Drive to Ramiro and Maria Rosa, and Marco Rosa, all of Colonia, N.J., for $130,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,142 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,400 in 2004.

Pine Lakes
Eugenii Monkevitch, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 21 Wood Acre Lane to Equity Trust Company Custodian FBO David Centracchio, of Elwira, Ohio, for $78,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,128 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $149,900 in 2005.

Quail Hollow
Michael Ivey, of Upper Marlboro, Md., sold the home at 4 Katsura Tree Place to Ignacio Luis Rodriguez, of Palm Coast, for $121,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, two baths and 2,726 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $292,600 in 2005.

Palm Harbor
William Wolfert sold the home at 66 Fleetwood Drive to Gilberto and Raquel Candelaria, of Palm Coast, for $85,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,819 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $90,900 in 2001.

Pine Grove
Viktor and Oksana Podolyuk, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 24 Prince Eric Lane to Tetyana Kohut, of Stamford, Conn., for $105,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,163 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $301,000 in 2006.

Edward and Virginia Martone, of Woodstock, Ga., sold the home at 7 Princess Mari Place to Shyla Meece, of Prestonsburg, Ky., for $130,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,930 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 2006.
