A condominium at the Hammock Beach Resort topped the Flagler County residential real estate transactions from Feb. 6 to Feb. 10. Deutsche Bank sold Unit 619 of Hammock Beach Club Condominium to Cindy Andreotti, of Great Falls, Va., for $322,900. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,435 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $522,000.

BUNNELL
Joseph Coviello and Judith Sorkin, of North Port, sold Unit 10E of Palm Pointe 1 Condominium to Deitrich Schefe, of Palm Coast, for $34,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,035 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $167,900.

Freddie Mac sold Unit 12H of Palm Pointe 1 Condominium to Deitrich Schefe, of Palm Coast, for $37,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1.035 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $166,900.

FLAGLER BEACH
Gary and Valerie Stieglicz, of Las Vegas, sold Unit 219 of Ocean Beach Condominium Club 1 to Wyman and Margaret Fisher, of Jacksonville, for $141,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,201 square feet of living area. It sold in 1990 for $79,500.

Armand Beach
Jeffrey and Claudia Biales, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 4 Willow Drive to John and Roberta Mariano, of Palm Coast, for $278,000. Built by the seller in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,927 square feet of living area.

Cinnamon Beach
Patrick and Joan Murray, of Commerce Township, Mich., sold Unit 1122 of Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock to Christian Robert and Jana Neilson, of Dobris, Czech Republic, for $242,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $391,000.

Daniel Somers, Daniel Lucy and David Shay, of Hopewell Junction, N.Y., sold Unit 632 of Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock to Mathew James, of Simsbury, Conn., for $352,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $750,000.

Bella Harbor
Harbor Downe LLC sold Unit 2-1C of Bella Harbor Condominium to Julie Bruno and Viola Jackson, of Temecula, Calif., for $91,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,745 square feet of living area.

John and Carolyn Corbett, of Ormond Beach, sold Unit 3-2B of Bella Harbor Condominium to Norman and Helen D’Silva, of Concord, N.H., for $105,080. Built in 2006, it has 3 bedrooms, two baths and 1,745 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $359,000.

Canopy Walk
Jim and Mairead, of Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland, sold Unit 1034 of Canopy Walk Condominium to James and Rita Allison, of Fleming Island, for $115,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $258,700.

Grand Haven
Joseph and Betty Mulhall, of Palm Coast, sold Unit D-102 of Riverview Condominium at Grand Haven to Fred and Carol Allen, of Butler, Pa., for $140,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,781 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $312,900.

Indian Trails
Roger and Jeanne Sablone, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 24 Buttermill Drive to Kenneth Glaze, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,594 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $111,300. The pool was added in 2005.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 238 Bird of Paradise Drive to Camellia Marques, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,210 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $290,000.

Lehigh Woods
Fred Fox Enterprises, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 13 Raemoor Drive to Voann Page, of Palm Coast, for $97,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,535 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $97,100.

Kevn Ulmer, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 69 Rockefeller Drive to Volodymyr and Olga Vlasyuk, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms two baths, a pool and 1,655 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $230,000.

Ukrainian Selfreliance Federal Credit Union sold the home at 41 Ryland Drive to Jerry and Wendy Mercer, of Greenville, Tenn., for $82,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,449 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $139,900.

Matanzas Woods
Joe and Margarida Sarli, of Coconut Creek, sold the home at 71 Leaver Drive to Leon Sandulescu, of Springfield, Va., for $83,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,800 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $196,000.

Rodney and Jennifer Ingels, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 55 Londonderry Drive to Earnest Goff Jr., of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a spa and 2,004 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
Moises and Maria DaSilva, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 63 Faircastle Lane to Robert and Janet Anzellorri, of Clarksville, Tenn., for $275,000. Built by the sellers in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,484 square feet of living area.

Pine Grove
Susan McBride, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 104 Prince Eric Lane to John and Barbara Graham, of Palm Coast, for $102,500. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,439 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $177,000.

U.S. Bank sold the home at 25 Pine Cedar Drive to Michael and Janice Stamper, of Palm Coast, for $117,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,140 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $222,800.

Nicholas Gledich, Pamela Roesch, Mara Filodoro and Danica Ables, of Colorado Springs, Colo., sold the home at 1 Prosperity Lane to Fernando DaSilva, of Sparta, N.J., for $86,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,679 square feet of living area.

Quail Hollow
Eugenii Monkevitch, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Llach Court to Daniel Whitfield, of Palm Coast, for $149,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,961 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $335,000.

Seminole Woods
Fannie Mae sold the home at 6 Seamaiden Path to Ernie McNamer, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,843 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $190,300.

Tidelands
Fannie Mae sold Unit 716 of Tidelands Condominium to John and Patricia Scarola and Jadwiga Scarola, of Tacoma, Wash., for $67,650. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,159 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $255,000.

Woodhaven
Dorothy Leary, of Palm Coast, sold Condominium Parcel 39-101 at 23 Hembury Lane to Joseph and Mary Peccolo, of Ogdensburg, N.Y., for $64,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,338 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $74,500.
