Hammock Beach condo sells for $322,500

A Hammock Beach condominium topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Dec. 19 to Dec. 23.

James and Cornelia Manfre, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 216 of the Hammock Beach Club Condominium to Michael and Gale Cohen, of Goshen, Conn., for $322,500.

Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $663,000.

FLAGLER BEACH
Andrew Trasatt, of Du Page, Ill., sold Unit 211 in Building B of Oceanside at Beverly Beach Condominium to Donald and Dorothea Kelley, of Winter Garden, for $300,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,919 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $672,500.

FLAGLER COUNTY
Surf Club
Ellwood and Vivian Whitechurch, of Heathrow, sold Unit 706 of Surf Club III Condominium to Nancy Williams, of Franklin, Ind., for $265,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,640 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $414,900.

Michael Blackwell sold Unit 503 of Surf Club III Condominium to Daniel and Linda Dean, of Jacksonville, for $270,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,640 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $352,000.

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
U.S. Bank sold the home at 102 Presidential Lane to Edgar and Dina Pinho, of Colonia, N.J., for $81,000. It has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,468 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $89,900.

Grand Haven
Karen Royal, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 47 Southlake Drive to Joel and Deborah Penny, of Louisville, Ky., for $215,000. Built in 2003, it had three bedrooms, three baths and 2,062 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $372,500.

Indian Trails
DKR Mortgage Asset Trust sold the home at 17 Beckner Lane to Margaret Hubbard, of Palm Coast, for $69,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,209 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $145,000.

Matanzas Woods
HSBC Mortgage Services sold the home at 22 Long Place to Stuart and Carol Citron, of Palm Coast, for $149,900. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,480 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $300,000.

David and Emily Opdycke, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 10 Leaver Drive to Paul and Judith Potfay, of Palm Coast, for $165,500. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,034 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $196,000.

Marianela Garrido, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 27 Lytton Lane to David Booze, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,780 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $90,100.

John and Sandra Smith, of Almont, Mich., sold the home at 1 Longview Lane to Monica Spence and Zena Spence, of Palm Coast for $140,000. It has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,986 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
Brenda Schofield, of Long Island City, N.Y., sold the home at 32 Clermont Court to Dennis Vaughan-Pope and Betty Vaughan-Pope, of Green Cove Springs, for $315,000. Built by the sellers in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a summer kitchen, a pool, a boat dock and 2,567 square feet of living area.

Daniel Cocchi and Kristen Lyons, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 Prospect Lane to Petrie and Dorothy Hutchinson, of Honolulu, for $95,011. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,258 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $219,000.

Joseph and Pamela Donnelly, of Parin, N.J., sold the home at 35 Prince Michael Lane to Nicholas Porter, Shannon Porter and Jacqueline Lacore, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, two baths and 2,936 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $175,000.

Pine Lakes
ARRA Development Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 36 Whittingham Lane to Harry and Gloria Folden, of Palm Coast for $210,000. Built by the seller in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,617 square feet of living area.

Alice Churchwell, of Bardonia, N.Y., sold the home at 5 Senseney Path to Thomas Crawford, of Seminole, for $153,000. Built by the seller in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,857 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 23 Selma Trail to Melanie Spencer, of Palm Coast, for $97,550. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,498 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $158,900.

Tidelands
Freddie Mac sold Unit 1434 of Tidelands on the Intracoastal Condominium to Joseph and Sandra Murdolo, of Seaford, N.Y., for $111,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,586 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $482,100.
