A Hammock Beach Club condo tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of March 19-25. Ernest Falco Jr. sold the condo at 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 511, to Mark and Katherine Palazzolo, of Celebration, for $435,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,818 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $1,360,000.
 

BUNNELL
Daytona North

Junwei Tang and Haimeng Tang, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 2313 Rosewood St. to Susan Barron, of Bunnell, for $29,900. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,508 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $45,000.
 

FLAGLER BEACH
Fairchild Oaks
Esther and Ronald Brooks, of Zionsville, Ind., sold the home at 9 Ivey Lane to Louis and Wendy Gasparri, of Flagler Beach, for $320,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,951 square feet of living area.
 

Palm Island
Jennifer and Steven Freeman, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 302 Palm Circle to Lori and Stephen
Chaconas, of Flagler Beach, for $355,000. Built in 1979, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 2,106 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $258,000.

Belle Terre
Fannie Mae sold the home at 42 Presidential Lane to Tiffany Greenier, of Palm Coast, for $97,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,071 square feet of living area.
 

Canopy Walk
John and Sarah Ezzell, of Mount Pleasant, S.C., sold the condo at 700 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 721, to Manuel Pereira Da Silva, of Vilamoura, Portugal, for $225,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet of living area.
 

Cypress Knoll
Ella Landon, representative of the Irmengard E. Sterling Revocable Trust, sold the home at 11 Eagle Place to Trevor Edmund and Polly Taylor-Edmund, of Wilmington, Del., for $245,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,137 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 21 Eastwood Drive to James Michael Brannigan Sr. and Christine Marie Brannigan, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,030 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 24 Evansmill Lane to Casey Dalzell and Gabriela Ramirez, of Palm Coast, for $141,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,901 square feet of living area.

Regions Bank sold the condo at 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 1023S, to Richard and Donna Gryzmolowicz, of Milford, N.J., for $140,000. Built in 2003, it has one bedroom, one bath and 678 square feet of living area.
 

Harbor Side Village
JPMorgan Chase Bank sold the condo at 50 Palm Harbor Parkway, Unit 41, to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. for $123,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,565 square feet of living area.
 

Indian Trails
Robert and Tina Escalante, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 91 Beechwood Lane to Ray and Michelle Mazzaferro, of Ormond Beach, for $132,900. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,232 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $65,600.

Dorinda Nunes, of Levittown, N.Y., sold the home at 6 Bonnie Lane to Mark and Lori Csik, of Palm Coast, for $126,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,325 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 57 Briarvue Lane to Elizabeth and Franklin Mullins Jr., of Palm Coast, for $146,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,303 square feet of living area.

Jeremy and Amanda Kitson, of Ohio City, Ohio, sold the home at 9 Buffalo Grove Drive to Larry and Patricia Tanner, of Swansboro, N.C., for $116,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,408 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $206,000.
 

Palm Harbor
Andrew and Sharie Hitz, of The Villages, sold the home at 39 Columbus Court to Thomas and Sandra Grabbe, of Orlando, for $330,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,016 square feet of living area.

Nicole Harris-Hollingsworth, Leslie Alicia Harris and Charles Anthony Davis, of Mount Vernon, N.Y., sold the home at 44 Fallen Oak Lane to Eugenia and Dumitru Nicolae, of Brookfield, Wis., for $145,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,874 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 40 Farragut Drive to Darrell Edge, of Palm Coast, for $53,500. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,482 square feet of living area.

Barbara Mangelli, of Patchogue, N.Y., sold the home at 5 Farson Lane to Antonio Barroqueiro, of Palm Coast, for $157,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,774 square feet of living area.

Michael and Michelle Postel, of Virginia Beach, Va., sold the home at 3 Ferguson Court to James and Dina Miller, of Oviedo, for $240,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and house and 2,019 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $190,000.

George Edward Chuddy Jr., of Palm Coast, sold the home at William and Amy Bowes, of Palm Coast, for $124,000. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, two bath and 1,526 square feet of living area.

Marsha Carlone, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 123 Foxhall Lane to Michael and Margaret Marion, of Palm Coast, for $138,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,574 square feet of living area.

Susan Dennis, trustee of the Leslie W. Dennis and Gloria C. Dennis Revocable Trust, sold the home at 38 Pittman Drive to Rentals of Palm Coast LLC for $120,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,777 square feet of living area.

Audrey Brandt and Walter Brandy III, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 3 Watson Place to Mike Cavaliere, of Palm Coast, for $113,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,553 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $62,000.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 20 Wellesley Lane to Max and Mary Ann Daniels, of Decatur, Ind., for $179,900. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,142 square feet of living area.

John Smolley Jr., of Palm Coast, sold the home at 24 Whittier Lane to Doug and Mary Priest, of Hatfield, Pa., for $169,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,548 square feet of living area.

Jacly DeMais and Nicole Morgan, of Daytona Beach, sold the home at 66 Wood Cedar Drive to TJKR LLC for $100,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,669 square feet of living area.

Barry and Judy McKinnon, of Wasaga Beach, Ontario, Canada, sold the home at 68 Wynnfield Drive to Paul and Jane Cvetkovic, of Lindenhurst, Ill., for $140,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, to baths and 1,813 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $119,000.
 

Quail Hollow
Aleksandr Belskiy, of Fountainville, Pa., sold the home at 8 Zelda Court to Edul Malesra, of Palm Coast, for $100,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,481 square feet of living area.

Seagate Homes LLC sold the home at 61 Zinnia Trail to Mark James, of Palm Coast, for $164,070. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,744 square feet of living area.
 

Tidelands
Fannie Mae sold the condo at 80 Riverview Bend S., Unit 824, to David and Kimberly Lanham, of Palm Coast, for $93,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,065 square feet of living area.
