Gun store, counseling center, chemists to move into town

Of 124 permits issued last week, three marked new business occupancy.

A total of 124 permits were issued through the city between Wednesday, Aug 10, and Wednesday, Aug. 17.

Two commercial certificates of occupancy were issued to the Imagine Charter School (through BRPH Construction), for a two-story building and a sports court/”metal building,” at 775 Town Center Blvd.

A $5,000 commercial permit was also issued to Skyway Builders, for interior renovations to 2 Village Parkway.

Three occupancy orders were issued, as well, to Inner Dynamics/Counseling (50 Leanni Way), Acts 542: Firearms Store (21 Old Kings Road) and Associated Chemists (77 Hargrove Grade).

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Maronda Homes, for a $442,000 single-family home, at 30 Seven Champions Path. The largest residential renovation permit of the week was issued to A Certified Screen, for a $16,907 addition to 15 Fort Caroline Court.
