Grand Haven Properties President Jim Cullis has partnered with broker Lindsay Dolamore and launched a new real estate company brand: Grand Living Realty.

The new company will expand beyond Grand Haven as a "a sister company for listings outside of Grand Haven," Cullis said in a news release, and will focus on residential homes and lots, master planned communities and home resale.

"Having the right partner to lead Grand Haven Realty into the future is critical to our vision," Cullis said in the news release. "Lindsay is one of the county's top residential real estate professionals and brings years of experience to the team."

Dolamore worked for Watson Realty for 10 years, and was the broker/vice president of the Palm Coast Watson Realty office on Palm Coast Parkway. He is the 2016 president of the Flagler County Association of Realtors.

Grand Haven Realty has also opened a new, 4,800-square foot real estate center on Colbert Lane across from the current main Grand Haven entrance.

"All my development deals are starting to take off at once," Cullis said. He listed four: the planned Lighthouse Harbor Marina Village on the former Lehigh Cement property; Old Kings Village, consisting of 72 townhome lots, 159 patio lots and a shopping center; a property off Laramie Drive; and another off Colbert Lane that is planned as a senior living community called Tuscan Gardens.

"I think we’ll get the permitting done on all of them this year, and hopefully be able to start selling next year," Cullis said.

The new real estate center includes services from Ameris Bank, Austininterior and Southern Title. It "provides a vision of the lifestyle in Flagler County and Palm Coast, information on area master planned communities and an inviting atmosphere," featuring a cafe, and art provided by the Salvo Art Project, according to the release.

A ribbon cutting will be held at 4 p.m. April 20 at the Flagler Chamber, and a public grand opening event will be held 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 24-25 at the real estate center on Colbert Lane. Tours of the new real estate center and of model homes by ICI Homes and Skyway Construction will be provided.
