A Grand Haven home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Dec. 11-17, 2014. Alexander Chistyakov, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 75 Front St. to Paul Bordonaro, of Palm Coast, for $665,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a boat dock and house and 3,570 square feet of living area.

BUNNELL
Frank and Debra Regilio, of Bunnell, sold the home at 769 County Road 135 S. to Bret Martin Tucker and Stephanie Lyn Tucker, of Bunnell, for $275,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace, a barn and 1,938 square feet of living area.

Cochran Place
Keith A. Coffin and Shelley Jenkins, of Ocean City, Maryland, sold the home at 1101 N. Oceanshore Blvd. to Roger and Sandra Sparry, of Charleston, Tennessee, for $582,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,220 square feet of living area.

Edgar Walter Jr. and Sharon Walter, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 243 Ocean Palm Drive to David and Mary Wettlaufer, of Flagler Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 1,602 square feet of living area.
