A Grand Haven home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of July 3-9. Brain Unger and Jacki M. Unger, trustees of the Unger Family Trust, sold the home at 87 Front St. to Paul Weber, of Palm Coast, for $810,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace, a summer kitchen, a boat house, dock and lift and 2,642 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $720,000.

FLAGLER BEACH
Atlanta Beach
Fannie Mae sold the home at 2723 S. Daytona Ave. to Thomas and Kimberly Bonafede and Ulderie and Rachel Boisvert, of Amsterdam, New York, for $135,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 2,578 square feet of living area.

Flagler Harbor
James Lenhard and Wiley Moretz, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1000 Lambert Ave. to Donald and Patricia Combs, of Flagler Beach, for $705,000. Built in 1979, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool, a fireplace, a summer kitchen, a boat dock, lift and house and 3,059 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $850,000.

Fuquay
Steven Deloach, of New Orleans, sold the home at 1315 Central Ave. to Noel Haynes and Dominique Charlotteaux, of Fort Lauderdale, for $310,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 1,812 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $260,000.

Artesia
Ed Mullener, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 70 Hernandez Ave. to Bailee Doucette and Holly Doucette, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 1956, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,141 square feet of living area.

Belle Terre
Fannie Mae sold the home at 12 Palm Leaf Lane to Lori Baggett Porter, of Melrose, for $117,700. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,193 square feet of living area.

Cypress Knoll
Edmundo Do Carmo Martins and Marie Manuela Martins, of Port St. Lucie, sold the home at 4 Evans Place to Mike and Janina Michalek, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built in 1192, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,123 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $200,000.
Brian Gazzoli, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 10 Evanston Lane to Francis and Linda Sanita, of Palm Coast, for $240,000. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, two bath and 2,602 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Thomas Sweeney and Barbara Sweeney, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Chinier St. to Anthony and Lorna Potter, of Palm City, for $448,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace and 2,729 square feet of living area.
Nina Volfovsky of Germany, sold the home at 12 Ibis Court N. to Joseph and Arien Striplin, of Palm Coast, for $202,500. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,080 square feet of living area.

Lehigh Woods
Joseph and Irene Szczepanik, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Raemond Lane to Robert Franz and George Grusden Jr., of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,369 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $85,000.

Marilyn Bransford, of Jamestown, Rhode Island, sold the home at 89 Florida Park Drive to John Mutone, of Lawrenceville, New Jersey, for $105,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,387 square feet of living area.
Steven and Kerry Giannini, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 36 Folcroft Lane to Carolyn Thompkins, of Palm Coast, for $250,000. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace and 2,602 square feet of living area.
Fannie Mae sold the home at 18 Fords Way to Miroslav and Donna Kurial, of Wilson, New York, for $175,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,893 square feet of living area.
Lydia and Cesare Spagnuolo, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 43 Forge Lane to Ronald Dzieglewicz and David Dzieglewicz, both of Palm Coast, for $113,500. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,482 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $135,000.

Patrick and Sebrina Tulloch, of Cambria Heights, New York, sold the home at 65 Pine Brooke Drive to Michael and Sara Hodges, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, for $195,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,749 square feet of living area.
Bethany Wehrenberg, of Gainesville, sold the home at 19 Prattwood Drive to George James Cox Jr., of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,816 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $122,000.

Gary Elias Prokupets, of Brooklyn, New York, sold the home at 8 Kannapolis Place to Douglas and Kathryn Steder, of Granby, Colorado, for $130,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,479 square feet of living area.

Woodlands
Deutsche Bank National Trust sold the home at 115 Black Bear Lane to Khaled Sabek, of Palm Coast, for $49,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,460 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $168,000.
Gregory and Marily Sanders, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 2 Blackwell Place to Robert Kienle, of Barker, New York, for $137,500. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,769 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $120,000.
