Grand Haven home tops list at $566,000

A home in Grand Haven tops the list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of April 23 to April 27.

ICI Flagler Residential Holding LLC sold the home at 154 Willow Oak Way to David and Kimberly Lyons, of Hardinsburg, Ky., for $566,000. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa and 2,969 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Surfside Estates
June Stalker, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 65 Nautilus Drive to Benjamin and Marie Lane, of Flagler Beach, for $70,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,040 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $67,000.

PALM COAST
Cypress Knoll
Joseph and Gayle Gutterman, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 145 Eric Drive to Michele Morgan, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, sprinkler and security systems, a circular drive, an in-ground gas heated pool and spa and 1,924 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $200,000.

Kim Kuhn Chhuon and Sary Dy, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 28 E. Diamond Drive to Kang Clem, of Palm Coast, for $118,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,768 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $200,000.

Alexander Gourin, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 33 Eastwood Drive to Muhammed and Asiya Moideen, of Palm Coast, for $162,900. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,194 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $110,000.

Philip Depalma and Kathleen Depalma, both of Las Vegas, sold the home at 5 Baltimore Lane to William and Cindy Trawick, of Griffin, Ga., for $216,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 2,867 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $354,000.

Ryan and Mary Steen, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 40 Bolling Lane to Vincent Belmonte and Natalie Waterman, of Palm Coast, for $195,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, an in-ground heated pool and spa and 2,599 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $197,900.

Eugenia Brache, of Margate, sold the home at 4 Russman Lane to Jeffrey and Caryn McClesky, of Palm Coast, for $70,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,109 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $167,000.

Katerina Demczuk, of Spring Hill, sold the home at 5 Royal Palm Lane to Norma Nieves, of Palm Coast, for $89,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,193 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $72,000.

Louisa Crook, of Miami, sold the home at 29 Rybar Lane to Daniel and Colleen Potter, of Kentucky, for $119,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,624 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
Philip Maida Jr. and Kathleen Maida, of Titusville, sold the home at 20 Filbert Lane to Worldwide Alliance LLC, of Ocala, for $70,000. Built in 1981, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,134 square feet of living area. It sold in 1987 for $60,000.

Harold Robert Stevenson Jr., of Bradenton, sold the home at 11 Fernwood Drive to Daniel and Marjorie McNamara, of Maine, for $75,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,536 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $65,000.

Lori Pastore and Cheryl Kinman, both of West Haven, Conn., sold the home at 50 Palm Lane to Alfred and Angela Lorne, of Palm Coast, for $142,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, three baths, an in-ground pool and 2,748 square feet of living area.

Joseph and Jonni Cimino, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 58 Wellington Drive to James Marsala, of Palm Coast, for $98,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,933 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $112,000.

Ernest and Cheryl Kazmier, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 57 Weymouth Lane to Raymond Nay, of Ennice, N.C., for $83,250. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,810 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $190,000.

Shirley Adair, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 18 Westfalls Lane to Ruben and Jann Gam, of Sunrise, for $120,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,563 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $112,000.

Ruth Sechman, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 43 Westmill Lane to Ronna Solomon, of Palm Coast, for $81,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,448 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $87,000.

Donald Drier and Katherine Toro, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 36 Upshire Path to Richard and Deborah Cardoza, of Palm Coast, for $75,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,347 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $170,500.
