Grand Haven home sells for $940,000

A home in Grand Haven tops the list of all residential real estate transactions for the week of Oct. 3 to Oct. 7. Robert and Carolyn Million, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 129 Front St. to Stang Ventures LTD, of Alberta, Canada, for $940,000. Built by the sellers in 2002, the Intracoastal Waterway home has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a covered boat house and 3,252 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER COUNTY
Thomas Weaver, of Austin, Texas, sold Unit 119 in Surf Club II to Behrouz Golshahr, of Massapequa Park, N.Y., for $205,000. Built in 2003, the unit has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,640 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $494,500.

Cinnamon Beach
Michael and Helen Feeney, of The Villages, sold Unit 1044 to Gregory and Glennys Ortega, of Sanford, for $210,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $499,900.

Hammock Beach
Robert Spetsas and Jesse Ann Flaim-Spetsas, of Palm Coast, sold Unit S-603 in the Hammock Beach Club to Kenneth and Ursula Kemp, of Poinciana, for $139,000. Built in 2003, the unit has one bedroom, one bath and 678 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $482,500.

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
Robert Steinhoff and Erika Landry, of Ponte Vedra, sold the home at 8 Paul Place to Michael and Yvonne Settles, of Longmont, Colo., for $80,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,501 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $214,900.

Grand Haven
Douglas and Marilyn Holcombe, of The Villages, sold the home at 21 Ibis Court to Terrence Donahue, of Palm Coast, for $318,000. Built by the sellers in 2002, the home has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,558 square feet of living area.

Bank of America sold the home at 19 Village Drive to Raymond Klimasewski Jr., of Palm Coast, for $182,098. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,613 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $410,000.

Indian Trails
Nicholas Aquilino and Larry Aquilino, of Dallas, Ga., sold the home at 36 Barbara Lane to Estela Techera, of Palm Coast, for $97,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,401 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $88,900.

Bank of New York Mellon sold the home at 104 Berkshire Lane to William Pugh, of Palm Coast, for $56,500. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,247 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $179,500.

Lehigh Woods
Diane Evanac, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 164 Raintree Circle to Dennis Paterno, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1.647 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $165,900.

Gregory Sanders, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 8 Russman Lane to Kathleen Campbell, of Palm Coast, for $82,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,244 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $85,500.

Palm Harbor
William and Elizabeth Maxwell, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Cotton Court to James and Janice Rhode, of Truckee, Calif., for $410,000. Built by the seller in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,292 square feet of living area.

Tamco Corp. of Volusia County, of Deland, sold the home at 13 Federal Lane to Jonathan Rosenman and Deborah Britton-Rosenman, of Palm Coast, for $93,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,820 square feet of living area. It sold in 1998 for $81,000.

Carlos and Cintia Kopecny, of Sunny Isles, sold the home at 8 Zoeller Court to Nathan and Lois Brown, of Palm Coast, for $83,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,674 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $170,000.

Pine Grove
Redus Florida Land LLC sold the home at 4 Ponce De Leon Drive to Valentina Slavutsky, of Charlotte, N.C., for $169,900. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,316 square feet of living area.

Phillip Krakowski and Deborah McCabe, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 52 Price Lane to Ruth McKnight, of Palm Coast, for $55,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,075 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 foe $135,000.

Pine Lakes
Stephanie Smith and Janet Stone, of Amityville, N.Y., sold the home at 245 Westhampton Drive to Walter and Carole Twyman, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,954 square feet of living area.

Yefim Vasilevskiy, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 26 Woodborn Lane to Valentina Vinkovskaya, of Valley Stream, N.Y., for $132,000. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 2,672 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $303,000.

John and Arlene Burnett, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 13 Woodston Lane to Robert and Dorothea Burdick, of Morrisonville, N.Y., for $157,600. Built in 2001 by the sellers, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,573 square feet of living area.

Scott and Tina Swisher, of Acworth, Ga., sold the home at 26 Woodstone Lane to Steven and Christine Dewey, of Palm Coast, for $141,359. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,905 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $123,500.

Larry Powell and Daryl Rauscher, of Bunnell, sold the home at 8 Katrina Court to Paul Bartlett, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,856 square feet of living area. It sold in April, 2011 for $89,900.

Marietta Supeko and Oleksandr Moskalenko, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 37 Seattle Trail to IBK Florida LLC, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,330 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $283,400.

Kelley Koliopulos and Melissa Marsico, of New Smyrna Beach, sold Unit 2027 at 55 Riverview Bend S. to A. Cameron Porter III and Christine Goodreau, of Hingham, Mass., for $80,000. Built in 2007, the unit has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,115 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $361,900.

Woodlands
Michael McCabe, of North Babylon, N.Y., sold the home at 13 Blakeshire Place to Oscar and Sybil Lloret, of Palm Coast, for $62,500. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,247 square feet of living area. It sold in 1984 for $76,900.
