Grand Haven home sells for $850,000

A home in Grand Haven tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of April 4 to April 8. Albert and Deborah Harris, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 125 Front St. to William and Christine Albin, of Palm Coast, for $850,000. Built in 1999, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen, a boat dock and 4,242 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $720,000 in 2002.

FLAGLER BEACH
Aribert and Olga Saur, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 385 Lambert Ave. to Frank and Odell Clegg, of Flagler Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,690 square feet of living area.

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
Wachovia Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 10 Packard Lane to Rachel Ord, of Palm Coast, for $78,900. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet of living area.

Aurora Loan Services LLC sold the home at 127 Persimmon Drive to Dennis and Kathleen Rossi, of Flagler Beach, for $60,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,125 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $74,000 in 2003.

Canopy Walk
Joseph Del Mastro and Jean Armstrong, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 215 at 200 Canopy Walk Lane to Judith Mitchell and Sherree Frazier, both of Oviedo, for $175,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2005.

Fairchild Oaks
Regions Bank sold the home at 8 Hanover Drive to Edwin and Deborah Forsberg, and Bradley Dailey, all of Palm Coast, for $158,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,200 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
James and Christel Crane, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 54 Riverbend Drive to John and Linda Kantakevicius, of Rochelle Park, N.J., for $320,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,409 square feet of living area.

Timothy Ebner, Judy Ebner, Patricia Ebner and Keith Ebner, all of Mount Airy, Md., sold the home at 41 Waterside Parkway W. to Audrey Hammond, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,618 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $171,400 in 2004.

Indian Trails
Deutsche Bank National Trust Company sold the home at 6 Burning Wick Place to Elia Cellini, of Palm Coast, for $129,900. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,102 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $284,700.

Palm Harbor
Harold and Janet Wetzel, both of Farmingdale, N.Y., sold the home at 8 Claridge Court S. to Timothy Puff and Michelle Cabrera, of Yorktown Heights, N.Y., for $160,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,460 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $118,500 in 1988.

Hugh Alexander and Nancy Alexander, of Orange City, sold the home at 42 Colechester Lane to Michael Bossen and Maria Debenedetto, both of West Milford, N.J., for $141,600. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,878 square feet of living area.

Charles Doubleday Jr. and Eleanor Burlingham, both of New York, sold the home at 107 Colechester Lane to Mark and Teresa Parsons, of Seaford, N.Y., for $365,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 2,619 square feet of living area.

Pine Grove
Alexandr and Olga Gritsenko, of Los Angeles, sold the home at 74 Prince Michael Lane to Kirk and Sonia Hanson, of Goose Creek, S.C., for $101,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,121 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $186,400 in 2005.

Lawrence and Joan Latorre, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 41 Port Royal Drive to Nancy Warrick, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,110 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $113,300 in 2001.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 13 Palm Lane to Yuan Kai Tsai, of Palm Coast, for $102,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,913 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $299,000 in 2007.

Michael and Barbara Paytas, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 87 Pilgrim Drive to Darrell and Ellen King, of Newport, Maine, for $85,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,509 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $201,600 in 2006.

Real Estate Solutions Home Sellers LLC sold the home at 27 Powder Horn Drive to Joseane Costa, of Palm Coast, for $119,900. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $243,500 in 2006.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 49 Prattwood Lane to Svetlana Ellerin, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,099 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,600 in 2007.

Pine Lakes
Kathleen Doucette, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 32 Westbrook Lane to Anna and Andrew Myslinski, of York, Pa., for $151,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,358 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $173,000 in 2002.

Maria Macejova and Frantisek Pokorny sold the home at 16 Westhampton Drive to Mark and Shari Seebauer, of Bristol, Conn., for $145,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,094 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 22 Westmore Lane to Thomas and Edna Yard, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,004 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 2005.

Quail Hollow
D. Irene Waters, of Seville, sold the home at 1 Zammer Court to Brett and Valerie Flenar, of Akron, Ind., for $88,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,244 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $123,000 in 2003.

Surf Club
James and Pamela Feldkamp, of Troy, Mich., sold Unit 818 at 80 Surfview Drive to Alan and Barbara Huckleberry, of Iowa City, Iowa, for $290,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,640 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,000 in 2003.

Marvin Deen, of Alma, Ga., sold Unit 503 at 80 Surfview Drive to Carl Misenheimer Jr. and Laura Misenheimer, of Waxhaw, N.C., for $277,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,640 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $307,600 in 2003.

Marie Wolf sold the home at 80 Old Oak Drive S. to Lacy Epperson Jr. and Bonita Epperson, of Palm Coast, for $735,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a spa, a boat dock, a boat house and 3,860 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $667,000 in 2002.

Yacht Harbor Village
Regions Bank sold Unit 380 at 102 Yacht Harbor Drive to Lady K JGB LLC for $235,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,918 square feet of living area.
