A home in Grand Haven tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of April 11 to April 15. Anthony and Michaelyn Milidantri, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 156 Willow Oak Way to Robert Aiken, of Palm Coast, for $720,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 3,742 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Fuquay
John and Francis Jones, of Lyons, Ga., sold the home at 1912 Flagler Ave. S. to Francis Auletti, of Flagler Beach, for $147,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,468 square feet of living area.

Lambert
Stephen and Gwen Gerhardt, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 885 Lambert Ave. to Chauncey and Marcia Dance, of Southbury, Conn., for $260,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 2,108 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,000 in 1996.

Sunrise Beach
Delores Jordan, of Charlotte, N.C., sold the home at 1914 Central Ave. N. to Richard Pecket, of DeBary, for $170,000. Built in 1978, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa and 2,416 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $75,000 in 1986.

Cary and Barbara Salm, of Grayslake, Ill., sold the home at 15 Owls Roost Lane E. to Alan and Susan Forbes, of Victor, N.Y., for $207,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,773 square feet of living area.

Hammock Beach
HSBC Bank USA sold Unit 918 at 200 Ocean Crest Drive to Babrosh LLC for $338,300. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $695,000 in 2003.

Indian Trails
Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. sold the home at 32 Bannerwood Lane to James King and Shirlene Limb, both of Canfield, Ohio, for $113,200. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,348 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $293,000 in 2006.

Arthur and Sheila Sonntag, of Skowhegan, Maine, sold the home at 34 Beaverdam Lane to Gary Kemsley and Shirley Lewis, of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, for $135,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,665 square feet of living area.

James and Lorraine Giles sold the home at 181 Belleaire Drive to Phil and Melanie Klingensmith, of Palm Coast, for $107,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,433 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $177,000 in 2005.

Fernando Faria sold the home at 176 Bren Mar Lane to Margo and Harry Usher, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,461 square feet of living area.

Timothy and Janie Ruddy, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 19 Rae Drive to Daryl Vergara, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,020 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $130,100 in 2003.

Andre Kay, of Hawthorne, N.J., sold the home at 25 Red Clover Lane to Mauricio and Cindy Brito, of Fredericksburg, Va., for $72,125. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,174 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $156,900 in 2004.

Manuel Santos sold the home at 56 Rolling Sands Drive to Joseph and Sandra Ferrailoa, of Palm Coast, for $100,600. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,317 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,900 in 2004.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 105 Roxboro Drive to Juliet Williams-Harris, of Palm Coast, for $96,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,783 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $214,000 in 2005.

Palm Harbor
Jeanne Englebaugh sold the home at 9 Fenhill Lane to Albert and Margaret Cordwell, of Palm Coast, for $138,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,756 square feet of living area.

Lyubov Klepatska, of Brooklyn, N.Y., and Olga Zuyeva, of Daytona Beach, both sold the home at 62 Fieldstone Lane to Lucinda and Antonio Sousa, of Newark, N.J., for $115,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $232,500 in 2006.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 51 Foster Lane to Cliffen Francis, of Bloomfield, Conn., for $79,900. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 28 Freneau Lane to Ben Zhen Chen and Qin Chen, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,478 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,900 in 2005.

Palma Vista
James and Florence Schoonover, of Boyers, Pa., sold the home at 491 10th S. N. to Joseph and Harriet Bachman, of Stroudsburg, Pa., for $300,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 1,963 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2004.

Pine Grove
GMAC Mortgage LLC sold the home at 90 Point Pleasant Drive to Rita Rodriguez, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,040 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $213,900 in 2004.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. sold the home at 2 Post Oak Lane to William Wheat, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,231 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2006.

Pine Lakes
Fred and Kathleen Seel, of Lees, Oldham, U.K., sold the home at 55 Waters Drive to Leslie and Beverly McElhiney, of Schenectedy, N.Y., for $157,500. Built in 1992, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,223 square feet of living area.

Lorraine Paquette, of Torrington, Conn., sold the home at 107 Westchester Lane to Michael and Susan Lapointe, of Palm Coast, for $112,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,873 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $149,900 in 2008.

Quail Hollow
Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. sold the home at 8 Katrina Court to Larry Powell and Daryl Rauscher, both of Bunnell, for $89,900. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,856 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $138,900 in 2004.

Seminole Woods
Sherry Fletcher, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Senora Court to Stephen and Gwen Gerhardt, of Palm Coast, for $163,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,271 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $281,000 in 2005.

Sharon Harmon-Davis and Michael Davis, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Slumber Meadow Trail to Michael Nichols, of Palm Coast, for $72,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,143 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $75,300 in 2001.

Yacht Harbor Village
Sam Scalise, of North Myrtle Beach, S.C., sold Unit 362 at 102 Yacht Harbor Drive to William and Jean Sprague, of Palm Coast, for $240,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,918 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $624,000 in 2006.
