Grand Haven home sells for $600,000

An Intracoastal Waterway home in Grand Haven topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Jan. 16 to Jan. 20. Marina Mazurkina, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 63 Front St. to Gary and Peggy Flatland, of Palm Coast, for $600,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 3,296 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $1.2 million and in 2010 for $900,000.

Bulow Woods
Fannie Mae sold the home at 24 Creek Bluff Run to James Medford, of Greenwood, S.C., for $305,000. Built in 1986, it has six bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a storage building and 4,272 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $720,000.

Palm Coast Plantation
Benigno and Aurora Tolentino, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 69 Riverwalk Drive N. to Llya and Yevgenya Saknovsky, of Wheeling, Ill., for $267,000. Built by the sellers in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,559 square feet of living area.

Palm Pointe
Harold Reese and Hazel Neely, of London, Ontario, Canada, sold Unit 13K of Palm Pointe I Condominium, to Alexander Permyakov and Elena Kruglova, of Palm Coast, for $41,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,050 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $169,900.

Surf Club
Philip Berkowitz and Maria Moscini, of Lady Lake, sold Unit 701 of Surf Club III Condominium to Katerina Backus, of Palm Coast, for $315,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,786 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $343,500.

Lawrence Dropkin, of Fair Lawn, N.J., sold the home at 1 Nantucket Lane to Thomas and Deborah Seale, of Kingsport, Tenn., for $151,000. Built in 1986, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 994 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $140,000.

Bella Harbor
Freddie Mac sold Bella Harbor Condominium Unit 104 Building 1 to Anthony and Joanne D’Angelo, of Hillsborough, N.J., for $69,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,745 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $334,000.

Belle Terre
Gail Estudillo, of Arvedo, Colo., sold the home at 22 Presidential Lane to Anthony and Lulisea Teague, of Vienna, Va., for $165,500. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $164,900.

Louise Narducci, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Princess Luise Lane to Nancy Quignon, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,398 square feet of living area. It sold in 1994 for $81,000. The pool was added in 1997.

Hidden Lakes
Seagate Homes, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 22 Graham Trail to Carlos and Pimenta Pimenta, of Coopersburg, Pa., for $200,000. Built by the seller in 2011, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,896 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 51 Breeze Hill Lane to Lynne Smith, of Palm Coast, for $106,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,968 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $214,000.

Lehigh Woods
Francis King and Kathryn King, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 50 Ryapple Lane to Lisa Santiago and Sabrina Berkovich, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,534 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $189,000.

Stanislav and Anna Pokidaylo, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 15 Round Table Lane to Hugo and Christine Comacho, of Palm Coast, for $100,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,813 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $222,600.

Fred Fox Enterprises, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 27 Ryecrest Lane to James Gonzalez, of Palm Coast, for $93,100. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,092 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $91,100.

Vincent Berardi, of Boynton Beach, sold the home at 69 Farragut Drive to Clinton Walker, of Wilbur by the Sea, for $78,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,111 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $69,000.

Bank of America sold the home at 46 Fischer Lane to Kevin Tallaksen and Nicole Tallaksen, of Palm Coast, for $46,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,041 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $118,000.

Tamara Golubtsov, of Philadelphia, sold the home at 74 Pheasant Drive to Zinaida Sarnov, of Palm Coast, for $100,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,810 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $222,700.
