A home in the Wild Oaks community within Grand Haven topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of March 12 to March 16. Olsen Custom Homes & Consulting Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold the home at 228 Willow Oak Way to Frederic Beutlich, of Lindenhurst, Ill., for $495,000. Built by the seller in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a summer kitchen, a pool and 2.947 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER COUNTY
Sugarmill Plantation
SunTrust Mortgage sold the home at 66 Audubon Lane to Mark Karas and Dona Rapacchietta-Karas, of Flagler Beach, for $460,000. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, four baths and 5,218 square feet of living area.

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
Kelly Amato, of Atlanta, sold the home at 76 Perthshire Lane to John Locicero and Anthony Locicero, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,801 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $110,000.

Cypress Knoll
Jeffery and Laurene McDonald, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 15 Edith Pope Drive to Robert and Mary Russell, of Palm Coast, for $180,008. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,587 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $151,800

Allen and Anne Jacobs, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 35 Essington Lane to Ralph and Jean Weller, of Palm Coast, for $119,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,308 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $148,000.

Indian Trails
Ronald Reutlinger, or Palm Coast, sold the home at 13 Barrister Lane to Carlos Pereria, of Palm Coast, for $113,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,995 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $275,000.

Freddie Mac sold the home at 58 Beechwood Lane to World Alliance LLC, of Ocala, for $51,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area. It sold in 1996 for $60,000.

Goshen Mortgage REO LLC, of Greenwich, Conn., sold the home at 96 Brookside Lane to David Cowan for $73,600. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,848 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $187,500.

Lehigh Woods
Atlantic RE Group Inc., of Palm Coast, sold the home at 11 Radnor Place to Frank Sabol III and Evelyn Sabol, of North Ridgeville, Ohio, for $199,900. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,232 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $113,000.

Joao and Maria Costa, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 4 Rainmill Place to Maria Vides, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,782 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $88,500.

Yuriy Klevanskiy, of Wheeling, Ill., sold the home at 10 Ryecorn Place to Alexander and Luidmila Starovoitov, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $95,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,054 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $279,900.

Matanzas Woods
David Pearson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Lindberg Place to Michael McBride, of Miami, for $118,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,216 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $142,500.

Palm Club
Wells Fargo Bank sold condominium Unit 207, Building VI, of the Palm Club to Randall and Juliane Kusiak, of Palm Coast, for $25,900. Built in 1977, it has one bedroom, one bath and 665 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $115,000.

Palm Harbor
Fannie Mae sold the home at 11 Cole Place to Jessica Searcy, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 3,234 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $317,200.

Joseph Carchia, of Estelle Manor, N.J., sold the home at 29 Colorado Drive to Graig and Jessica Shepard, of Palm Coast for $255,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,276 square feet of living area.

New Coastal Homes, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 4 Fairbank Lane to Joao and Elisa Rodrigues, of Prospect, Conn., for $240,000. Built by the seller in 2010, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a summer kitchen and 2,010 square feet of living area.

Juan Rosado and Joanne Ramos, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Fanbury Lane to Joanne Wells, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, two baths and 2,864 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $144,900.

Regions Bank sold the home at 30 Fernham Lane to Gordon Campbell Jr. and Dena West, of Palm Coast, for $194,900. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 1,350 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $375,000.

Calvin and Willie Brown, of Las Vegas, sold the home at 34 Florida Park Drive to Bang Ventures Inc., of Tampa, for $69,900. Built by the sellers in 1976, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,790 square feet of living area.

Pine Grove
Terry McNitt, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 71 Pine Grove Drive to George and Gail Stark, of Palm Coast, for $151,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,725 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $170,500.

Mario Peichev, of Seaford, N.Y., sold the home at 3 Pointer Place to Ancor Equity Corp., of Palm Coast, for $104,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,353 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $253,000.

Pine Lakes
Thomas and Cerise Henry, of Daytona Beach, sold the home at 3 Wainbush Place to Stephen and Mary Morse, of Palm Coast for $225,000. Built in1993, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,194 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $318,000.

Yakov and Galina Litvak, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 1 Westbriar Place to Ralph Lilavois, of Palm Coast, for $143,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,505 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $209,800.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 5 Williams Drive to Donald Kokenge, of Palm Coast for $40,500. Built in 1986, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,441 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $209,800.

James Gareri, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Winterling Place to Winterling Place LLC, of Lexington, Ky., for $79,500. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,138 square feet of living area.

Quail Hollow
Ruth Cotter, of Fresno, Calif., sold the home at 27 Llewellyn Trail to Natalia Iatcenko, of Palm Coast, for $81,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,602 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $133,100.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 30 Lloleeta Path to Viktor Kropotov, of Russia, Sverdlovsk Region, for $105,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,639 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $165,900.

Mitchell Management Inc., of St. Augustine, sold the home at 9 Lloret Place to Curtis and Karen Phipps, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,298 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $169,900.

Seminole Woods
Rodrigo and Nury Cunha, of Orange Park, sold the home at 3 Senior Place to United States of America, acting through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, of Savannah Ga., for $103,400. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,871 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $215,900.
