Patricia Pickard, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 49 Eastlake Drive to Anthony and Patricia Caizza, of Palm Coast, for $409,000. Built by the seller in 2005, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a summer kitchen, a pool and 3,852 square feet of living area.
