A home in the north section of Grand Haven tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Feb. 24 to Mar 2. Karen O’Brien, of Naples, sold the home at 19 Park Lane N. to David and Kaliroi Parris, of Chicago, for $405,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, and 2,582 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $340,000.

Fuquay
Courtenay Hunt, of Gainesville, sold the home at 1911 Daytona Ave. S. to Peter and Marie Fitzgibbon, of Nazareth, Pa., for $101,500. Built in 1954, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,100 square feet of living area. It sold in 1992 for $58,000.

Cinnamon Beach
VT of Virginia LLC, of Dublin, Va., sold condominium Unit 743 of Cinnamon Beach At Ocean Hammock, 800 Cinnamon Beach Way, to Michael and Joanne Fritz, of Branson West, Mo., for $370,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $780,000.

Thomas and Rita Quinn, of Ponte Vedra, sold Unit 2-2C, Bella Harbor Condominium, 200 Bella Harbor Court, to Medwin Nazif and Stephanie Kirejevas, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,745 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $329,400.

Rafael Zokota, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 54 Parkway Drive to Edwin and Melissa Velazquez, of Palm Coast, for $157,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,303 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $265,300.

Sharmon Lee, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 32 Riverbend Drive to Charles and Margaret Langlois, of Palm Coast, for $346,500. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,046 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $452,900.
