An Intracoastal Waterway home in Grand Haven tops the list of residential real estate transactions for the week of Nov. 14 to Nov. 18. Anthony and Stacey Steel, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 21 Front St. to William Todd and Daniele Todd, of Palm Coast, for $825,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a summer kitchen, a pool, a boat dock and 4,186 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $1.4 million.

BEVERLY BEACH
James Fleischel, of Chicago, sold Unit 210 of Oceanside at Beverly Beach to James Greisinger and Marilyn Greisinger, of Green Bay, Wis., for $249,900. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,749 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $772,400.

FLAGLER BEACH
Fuquay
Ernest and Karla Kovacs, of East Palatka, sold the home at 1330 Central Ave. S. to Preston and Kathy Wilcox, of Flagler Beach, for $315,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,352 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $625,000.

Pebble Beach Village
Michael Egan and Ruth Egan, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 22 Sunset Cove to Chris and Barbara Crowley, of Naples, for $125,000. Built in 1989, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 992 square feet of living area. It sold in 1995 for $75,500.

THE HAMMOCK
Laurel Gibson, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 10 Oceanside Drive to Katherine Miller, of Flagler Beach, for $159,900. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,068 square feet of living area. It sold in 1996 for $67,000.

Hammock Beach III LLC sold Unit 762-F in Hammock Beach Ocean Towers to Andrew Tringas and Nicole Penne-Tringas, of Orland, for $457,000. Built by the seller in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
David and Jennifer Brown, of Butler, Pa., sold the home at 33 Persimmon Drive to Michael and Victoria Helton, of Stuart, for $135,400. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,382 square feet of living area. It sold in March 2011 for $127,000.

HSBC Bank sold the home at 16 Pickston Lane to Todd and Debra Dabkowski, of Berlin, Conn., for $77,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,371 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $170,000.

Canopy Walk

Jonathan Hale and Janis Hale, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 334 to Bruce Pfaff and Gloria Pfaff, of Naperville, Ill., for $152,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $370,000.

Cypress Knoll
Theodore and Jean Vlasovetz, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 24 Ebb Tide Drive to Robert and Angela Defroscia, of Hackettstown, N.J., for $176,500. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,444 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $230,000.

Freddie Mac sold Unit 323B to Danny and Ruth Knight, of Palm Coast, for $37,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,250 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Hancock Bank sold the home at 107 Willow Oak Way to Mark and Cynthia Kimmel, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a summer kitchen and 3,892 square feet of living area.

Indian Trails
Prosperity Bank sold the home at 75 Beckner Lane to Colin Baker, of Ormond Beach, for $65,000. Built in 1987, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,207 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $259,900.

Freddie Mac sold the home at 53 Bud Field Drive to Stephen and Maria Kerstetter, of Palm Coast, for $66,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,176 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $79,900.

Christopher and Anne Stevens, of Arlington, Va., sold the home at 27 Bickwick Lane to Frank and Susan Greb, of Palm Coast, for $200,000. Built by the sellers in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a separate mother-in-law suite, a pool and 2,181 square feet of living area.

Matanzas Woods
Freddie Mac sold the home at 49 Londonderry Drive to Brett and Pamela Young, of Palm Coast, for $173,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,283 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $80,000.

Palm Harbor
Suntrust Bank sold the home at 102 Flamingo Drive to Norman Hammer Jr. and Kathy Hammer, of Williston, for $65,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,583 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $200,000.

Gail Boylan, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 42 Cortes Court to Walter Huresky and Ellen Scheurer, of Red Bank, N.J., for $291,000. Built in 1980, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a dock, a boat house and 1,903 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $109,500. The pool was added in 2000, the dock and boat house in 2001.

Bruce Hancock and Patricia Gordon, of Brooksville, sold the home at 16 Cold Springs Court to Gregory Sanders, of Ormond Beach, for $120,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a Florida room, a pool and 1,622 square feet of living area.

Charles McKissick Jr. and Romanita McKissick, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 61 Florida Park Drive to Alton Dixon, of Benton, Maine, for $41,500. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,135 square feet of living area.

Freddie Mac sold the home at 5 Cherokee Court West to Edward and Renina Fuller, of Lexington, Ky., for $282,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,286 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $317,500.

Deutsche Bank sold the home at 23 Frontier Drive to Lucille Johnson, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,513 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $210,000.

Pine Grove
Freddie Mac sold the home at 34 Pine Grove Drive to Florida Housing Partnership Inc., of Daytona Beach, for $106,920. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $233,000.
