A Grand Haven home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of April 23-29. Michael and Sylvia Tobin, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 4 Long Lake Way to Stephen Cinter and Jane Ryan, of Palm Coast, for $600,000. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace, a summer kitchen and 3,107 square feet of living area.

Forest Park Eckels Jr. and Donna Jean Eckels, of Cresent City, sold the home at 1339 Flagler Ave. S. to Dan and Mary Dunaway, of Peoria, Illinois, for $217,000. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,342 square feet of living area.
 

Plaza Caribe
Peter and Natalya Gordon, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 301 S. Central Ave., Unit 11, to Dominic Maccherone, of Flagler Beach, for $110,000. Built in 2007, it has one bedroom, one bath and 438 square feet of living area.

Robert and Judee Logan, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 800 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 832, to Dominick and Kathy Posillico, of Hunthington Station New York, for $234,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet of living area.

Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, trustees of the 10 Eagle Harbor Trail Trust, sold the home at 10 Eagle Harbor Trail to Glenn Burke, of Kew Gardens, New York, for $152,500. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,664 square feet of living area.

Gobin and Jennifer Lalaram, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Eisenhower Place to Rosemary E. Swearingen, of Palm Coast, for $264,000. Built in 1986, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool and 2,597 square feet.

Yelena Gilbmilon, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 29 Bracken Lane to John Falvey, of Palm Coast, for $104,900. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,303 square feet.
