A house in Grand Haven was the top real estate transaction for the week of Jan. 31 to Feb. 6 in Flagler County. Heath Holdings Ltd., of Ontario, sold 58 Waterview Drive to George and Stacy Wellings, of Palm Coast, for $1,287,550. Built in 2013, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 4,172 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $457,000. Condos
Thomas and Donna Scardino, of Ormond Beach, sold 200 Riverfront Drive, Unit C303, to Thomas and Susan Rooney, of Palm Coast, for $270,000. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,762 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $245,000.
Dean and Lisa Troester, of Lincoln, Nebraska, sold 25 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1234, to GBM R.E. Investment LLC, of Delray Beach, for $245,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,264 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $217,500.
Jose and Migdalia Ortega, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, sold 36 Hembury Lane, Unit 36, to Lynn Therault, of Palm Coast, for $128,000. Built in 1985, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,098 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $125,000.

John Blackwell and Cynthia Amos-Blackwell, of St. Johns, sold 33 Edgewater Drive to Milton and Lisa Reid, of Gainesville, for $270,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,952 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $325,000.
Grand Haven
Jason and Keli Harrison, of Flagler Beach, sold 33 Osprey Circle to Cedric Dorcas, as trustee, for $455,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,838 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $449,900.
Nancy Carhart and Gayle Murawski, individually and as trustees, sold 5 Riverbend Drive to Adrienne Shelton, of Westerville, Ohio, for $331,500. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,101 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $367,385.
Hammock Beach
Thomas and Candace Hart, and Helen Mazloum, of Palm Coast, sold 71 Ocean Oaks Lane to Starcevich Family Trust for $950,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,688 square feet.
Robert and Carol Giannitti, of Bolton, Connecticut, sold 79 Hammock Beach Circle N. to Richard Sebion, of Lake in the Hills, Illinois, for $834,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a fireplace, elevator and 4,531 square feet.

Nicholas Ford and Jill Ford sold 3 Big Horn Place to Jennifer Kramer, of Palm Coast, for $256,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,986 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $169,000.
Rita Oettinger sold 168 Boulder Rock Drive to Sandy Beckmann, of Palm Coast, for $209,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,979 square feet.
Happy Turtle Properties LLC, of Port Orange, sold 256 Bird of Paradise Drive to Dillon Furlow and Jeannette Wanser for $195,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,636 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $110,000.
Tim and Edith Petersen, Individually and as trustees, sold 14 Barrington Court to Jordan and Brooklyn Capela for $179,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,757 square feet.

Julia Parrish, of Scottsdale, Arizona, sold 87 San Juan Drive to Joel Bridges and Cassandra Tomlinson-Bridges, of Palm Coast, for $303,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,844 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $156,000.

Jeff and Natalia Goykhman, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Riverview Place to Joshua and Brittany Robbins, of Palm Coast, for $246,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,918 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $170,700.
Patrick and Bonnie Lennon, of Port Orange, sold 9 Ryder Place to Kurt Berberich, of Brooklyn, New York, for $196,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,923 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $136,400.

George Currie and Dorothy Currie, individually and as trustees, sold 17 Lake Success Place to Michael and Carol Wierzba, of Brentwood, Tennessee, for $299,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,894 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $415,000.

Palm Harbor
Terrance Jordan, of Woodbury, New Jersey, sold 89 Covington Lane to Apaarjcet Chopra, of Mashpee, Massachusetts, for $302,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 1,566 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $160,000.
Peter and Paula Straub, of Leeds Point, New Jersey, sold 51 Folson Lane to Antonina Allen, of Palm Coast, for $154,900. Built in 1987, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,305 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $120,000.

Annette Friscia, of East Hampton, New York, sold 17 Rollins Dunes Drive to Ronald Strehlow, of Littleton, Colorado, for $420,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,894 square feet.

William Welker and Jessica Miller, of Palm Coast, sold 48 Seascape Drive to Ronald and Gail Henson, of Palm Coast, for $563,325. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator and 2,675 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $850,000.
