Golfers to get slice of new equipment

Demo Day at Palm Harbor Golf Club will feature the latest golf equipment and golfers can have their swings analyzed.

Golfers can sample the very latest equipment and receive special pricing from popular brand manufacturers at a new Demo Day scheduled at the Palm Harbor Golf Club.

All day Saturday, Feb. 26, the public is invited to the course to become more knowledgeable about their individual golf games and abilities, practicing with equipment from names such as Nike, Mizuno, Cobra, Top Flite, Callaway, Wilson and Nancy Lopez.

Unique Launch Monitor Systems will also be available for golfers to evaluate, with a computer that sits on the ground next to a golf ball. As it is struck, the system measures its speed, launch angle, spin rate and other details.

The course is located at 20 Palm Harbor Parkway.
