A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of April 23-29 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Philip Ladouceur, of Palm Coast, sold 505 Granada Drive to Gregory and Michelle Gerjel, of Palm Coast, for $970,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,722 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $1.2 million. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Vicki Cotto, individually and as trustee, sold 700 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 634, to William and Lee Griswold, of Mount Gilead, North Carolina, for $453,500. Built in 2004, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $532,300.

Daniel and Maria Ball, of Palm Coast, sold 3600 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 822, to Joseph and Samantha Cowan, of Flagler Beach, for $256,500. Built in 1984, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $195,000.

Donna Guenther, individually and as trustee, sold 40 Club House Drive, Unit 107, to Christine Weber, of Palm Coast, for $121,000. Built in 1977, the condo is a 2/2 and has 986 square feet.

Beach Haven

Walter Rampata and Tricia Kristoff, as trustees, sold 58 Sandy Beach Way to Judy Wilhide, as trustee, for $415,900. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,824 square feet.

DLP Brite Homes LLC, of St. Augustine, sold 5 Pepper Lane to John and Lucille Carbone, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,390 square feet.

Paul Appollonio, individually and as trustee, sold 1363 W. State Road 100 to Maureen Paviak, of Torrington, Connecticut, for $420,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 2/1.5 and has a fireplace and 1,152 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $735,000.

Judith Quinn sold 11 Edge Lane to Patricia Nuckles, of Palm Coast, for $340,000. Built in 2011, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,487 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $206,500.
