A house in Hammock Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of Jan. 21-27 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Anna Cabot, of Malvern, Pennsylvania, sold 43 Northshore Drive to Philip Glatfelter IV, of Palm Coast, for $865,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/4.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,847 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.
