SVN Alliance recently negotiated the sale of a 25+/- acre development project known as the Pointe Grand Apartment Homes in Palm Coast for $3,270,000. The site is located on Pine Lakes Parkway, between Palm Coast Parkway and Belle Terre Parkway. Pointe Grand will consist of 300 units across 9 buildings. All the units in the project will be 2 bedroom/2 bathroom.

Chris Butera, Principal at SVN Alliance, negotiated the transaction representing both the California based seller, Miral Corp., and the Orlando based buyer Pointe Grand Palm Coast LLC, an entity controlled by Orlando based apartment developer Hillpointe. The project is fully approved and construction is expected to begin immediately.
