Four Flagler County students win Jazz Camp scholarships

Four Flagler County high school students have won the North East Florida Jazz Association's 2022 Jazz Camp scholarships.

The winners are: Flagler Palm Coast High School students Isabella Pitts and Chloe Long and Matanzas High School students Aaron Spears and Aidan Newbolt.

The awardees have full scholarships to the University of North Florida's weeklong Summer Music Camp.

"In addition to enriching their musical skills, students are able to have the full experience of living on a college campus," the Jazz Association stated in a news release. "It is our hope that this experience will prove to be beneficial to the participants in setting their future goals."
